Steve Prescott and the Remax team sold my first home in less than a month and made the entire process stress free. This is nearly impossible to do in this industry. Additionally, Steve helped my sister purchase a home in Cheyenne without her ever having to physically come here to do anything. He is always on top of every small detail and knows what he’s doing. He is very approachable and has a knack for explaining all the fine details in the mountains of paperwork with complete honesty and consideration. Communication was impeccable and I never felt clueless or wondering what was going on. Steve not only answered all of my questions and eased my concerns; he provided valuable information that I still use to this day.

Larry Gardner was absolutely the most unprofessional and RUDE person I’ve ever encountered. Literally blew my phone up one night with horrible text messages. He continued to do so until I actually called Verizon and had his number blocked. He’s disrespectful and doesn’t explain or help in the home buying process. Just sent us to the wolves and washed his hands of us unless of course it had to do with his commission. He drug our current realtor (who is AWESOME) and our lender into his dramatic outbursts. Would never suggest him to a single person I know, not even my worst enemy.
