While the folks there at Remax are friendly enough, it is clear they are not going to miss a single dollar. My experience with them demonstrated this as I was charged $2400 just for creating a contract for me. I had already sold the home and arrived at terms with the buyer, but they still insisted on a 3% commission just for the contract. I also had to wait 3 weeks longer than I wanted, but my pleas to move the closing up fell on deaf ears. Additionally, they have their special arrangements with other local service entities which I found a bit off-putting, and clarification had to be made on my part to prevent being co-opted into their services. Lastly, I was not given the title to my home even after the discussion made clear, that I would hold the title in my name until the place was 100% payed off. So a full week after the late closing, I'm still picking up the mess caused by this organization. But they have their money, so I'll just go soak my head, and you can too if you go with Remax/Thermopolis.

Worst company to buy property from in Thermopolis. Lost thousands of dollars trying to buy a property that was not legally zoned and ready for sale. Was bullied by realtor and broker. Have jay several other customers report similar things about this company. Avoid them when buying and selling if at all possible.

He knew that old T-lock shingles weren't made anymore and insurance companies typically replace them. The insurance company paid for a new roof.
