Found Barbara to be consistently rude and talked down to my wife. Rented us a place that was trashed, and refused to come do a walk-through with us. While living there for 6 months or so we fixed up some of the more glaring issues. We planted grass, where there was almost none before, trimmed the bushes, and gave the whole place a comprehensive cleaning. Upon moving out, suddenly she was all about a walk-through, where her words were "Did you guys even try??" Nasty to work with, and poorly maintained rental properties.
