Love this team! My husband and I decided on a whim to move when we saw virtually our dream home. With no realtor, no other plan, our house was not even on the market yet. Debbie, Lydia, and her team sold us our current home in June this year. The buying process was super smooth and easy. I’ve never bought a home before (only my husband had). They explained the whole process to me in easy to understand terms. My husband works out of town a lot, and they were very accommodating with our crazy schedule. Between June and august we moved everything out of our old place and called Debbie when it was empty. She again went through everything very thoroughly and listed the home. Again, because of our busy schedules, they took care of a lot of small things so I didn’t have to worry about it. I could go into detail about all the steps she and her team take to make sure your home gets sold and for the best price you agree on. The house was only on the market 45 days!!!!! Let me tell you, they really know their stuff! A pleasant experience from the day we called about the new house to the closing (and beyond) of the old house!! Unfortunately I thought I knew them better. They fell far short of our expectations. Many agents don't want to work with them. Lot of unprofessional mistakes. Cancelled contract after 3 months. Won't recommend.
