Bought a home in town...gave sellers extra time to get out...listing agent (J.P.) Colwell Banker) had agreed house would be cleaned before we took ownership. House was left not only unlocked...but very dirty. UNLOCKED...Floors...appliances (filthy/nasty) and rooms were not at all as we'd have expected (carpets had to be shampoo'd twice to get cat urine and still stains remain). Bags of trash placed in storage shed...storage areas with junk left for us to move. Thank goodness our realtor with #1 Properties has some ethics and is paying out of his own commission to have it cleaned this week. Will NEVER use Coldwell Banker.

My husband and I came to Cheyenne to house hunt and our realtor, Lesley Worley, really took us under her wing. She was very knowledgeable of the area, she knew what houses we wanted to see and she was on it! If we ever had a question she did not know, she was quick to get the information and let us know. Extremely friendly and was able to get things done fast. This was the most enjoyable house hunting experience we ever had. She even went the extra mile. If this is an indication of the Coldwell company, I would definitely use them all over again! The whole office seemed very friendly (at least the ones we dealt with). If you're looking to buy, they are great people and will definitely find you a place you will fall in love with. I'm sure they are great with selling too but we only experienced the buying side of things. But like I said the most enjoyable experience we have ever had buying a house.

I bought a house through them 6 years ago and I was lied to. I wrote a letter to the broker and he, of course defended his agent. I made the mistake of selling a house with a different agent this month and he lied to me too. Then he blamed me for not recognizing the he "went above and beyond" even thought he didn't tell me that repairs were requested from the buyer (he specifically told me that they didn't ask for any repairs) and had the repairs done without advising me and I had to pay for them. I would stay away from this realty office.

They are rude! Was trying to get help from them and guy didn't have answers for me, he got frustrated and hung up on me without saying anything. Don't use realtors at all, they just want commission!

Cathy Anderson was recommended by a friend for selling our house. "You'll like her, she's our kind of people" to quote our friend... Could not have asked for a better agent or agree more. Knowledgeable, experienced, hardworking. We live out of town and Cathy arranged everything from inspections, to repairs needed to sell, water test, even tracked down a septic service done almost a year ago by a tenant and produced a receipt to save us that additional cost before closing. To top it off we had numerous offers on Cathy's birthday and she was back and forth on the phone and email until 9 o-clock that night to get us under contract. What seemed was going to be a difficult sale was made so easy thanks to Cathy. Thank you so much!
