We recently made a "huge" move from the Raleigh, NC area to Casper. Our relocation company assigned us to Amy Dykes with the Coldwell Banker Legacy Group. We could not have been more satisfied if we had chosen her ourselves. My husband Mark started working in Casper in October and I was not able to be join him until February due to the sell of our home in Raleigh. Amy was wonderful the entire process. She would always have properties ready for us to look at each time I came to visit. She stuck right with us as we were in culture shock!! The home we hoped to find did not seem to exist in this area. We looked at "many" homes and each one was quickly crossed off the list. Amy went above and beyond to help us find our next home. She met us a number of times on her day off, just to take that second or third look, which yet again led to crossing off yet another property. I have had the pleasure and the financially rewarding opportunity to work with CJ Lovato on (2) different properties that my husband and I sold in Casper, WY. Both properties had their own unique issues that CJ embraced and overcame until she got them under contract and closed. The first property was rural and 25 miles out of town. After many years of listing the property with agents that had little interest in selling the property for us we listed with the office CJ worked for at the time. To put it simply, CJ was knee deep in getting it sold for us right away. I am happy to say within just a few months CJ had it under contract for full price and we later closed as scheduled. Troy Mack is absolutely the worst on communication and showing up at a set spot. I set up a time to meet to look at a house out in the “sticks” took me 35 min to get there. On top of that, sat at location for another 45 min, no show no call. Can’t speak for the others but this one is terrible. If I knew the owner of the home, I would of contacted them to see the house and give a report card on their listing agent. Worst part, I’m from out of state. Needless to say, Mack off the list for any future endeavors of looking or buying!
