Do not list your home with this company! Tricia Lichy will lie to your face, not actually show it, and hand keys off to non employees such as college aged students of other clients to let strangers into your home. She caused thousands of dollars of damage to my home by neglect. Tenants will complain about their refusal to do repairs. This company will not take responsibility for mismanagement and damage. They do no repairs. Please feel free to contact me for more information as to why you should not use 2nd Street.

I took a job in Casper in October 2017 with the intention of eventually purchasing a home here in town. I met Glenn Ross with 2nd Street after calling to view a house he'd listed and immediately felt comfortable working with him as my realtor. Not only did Glenn help me find a short term rental, he provided a huge amount of assistance guiding me through the home search and purchase process as a first time buyer. It felt like Glenn was more concerned with what was best suited for me than just selling me a house. I keep telling Glenn this, but I wish I knew more people to refer to 2nd Street. If you're looking at moving to Casper from out of town, give 2nd Street realtors a call. They're a great group to work with!

Worst experience in my life. Tricia Litchey lies, refuses to do repairs, harasses tenants for obeying the law and protects criminals. She is a slum woman. Lady is too nice a word for her total lack of integrity and contribution to drug activities in this community.
