Waupaca Trust

We used Joe to handle the sale of our cottage that was in a trust. The cottage needed a few minor repairs. Joe said he had a electrician and a plumber that he worked with regularly, he asked if we would like him to handle it for us. I didn't find out the cost till I seen the closing statement and their fee's were already taken out of the proceeds, my family comes from the trades and we were shocked. His contractors gouged us on prices. I confronted Joe and he said take it up with them, he would not support us in any way because the sale was done and he had his money. Very disheartened that the listing realtor who is supposed to look out for the sellers best interest wouldn't help us in any way. We found out after that he also had others that were interested and he never pursued or presented those offers, he just took the first easy one that came along. I will never use his firm again.
