If you are a first time homebuyer, you want Connie Miller as your buying agent! We were first time homebuyers and Connie was amazing through the whole process. Finding our perfect house was the easy part. It was everything that lead up to closing that was stressful, but she guided us through everything, taking time to explain to us newbies about the homebuying process, which means a lot when you're buying your first house! Connie definitely went the extra mile and was always reliable, available and impressively on top of things. There wasn't a moment where we didn't feel like she wasn't working for US! She not only attended the home inspection, but when the inspector informed us of electrical issues, she was immediately on the phone with electricians in the area, setting up appointments for free estimates, and when I had expressed interest in relocating a door in the house, she set up an appointment with a contractor for an estimate for that. Then, she actually CAME to those appointments to make sure all our questions were answered! And as if that wasn't enough, she made the trip all the way to Wausau for the closing, and generously gifted us with a housewarming gift. Connie was extremely professional and always warm and trustworthy, a woman you definitely want on your team when buying your first (or forever) home!
