I highly recommend Wendy Pearson, who is an agent for ERA. She is top notch whether you are a seller or a buyer. Very honest, knowledgeable and efficient. I have had several bad experiences with realtors in this area. Wendy was a breath of fresh air and I have complete confidence in her. She takes care of every aspect of the sale and that is important to me, so I didn't have to worry about a thing!
