Sandy was rude and assuming. We drove all the way from st Louis to see a house which this company (Sandy) listed, and when we were an hour away, she questioned our money situation. I get that; I told her I was prequal/preapproval and had guaranteed income regardless of my location and then she questioned why we would even want to move to the area...it was all very strange. Not conversationally questioned either, more interrogative. I explained we wanted less harsh mountains than Colorados' where we'd been. I told her I drove all this way to see the house to which she answered that if I wasn't wanting to see another house that she'd listed we weren't worth her time, that real estate "doesn't work that way." Wow. So wait, you force feed people houses that don't ask for? Oh, do thats how it all works. Thanks. Im considering reaching out to her client via tax rolls to let them know they should probably void their contract because she isn't looking out for her clients' best interests..only hers.
