Recognizing Gooddeeds

This company was listing agent for a property we purchased. The listing agent Susan storage was incredibly obtuse and inadequate in completing her job. In fact she ended up causing our closing to be extended by almost three weeks. This was incredibly stressful as we were relocating for a job and wanted to have time to settle in. Unfortunately it lead to us only having a week to move and settle before the wife started her new job. I highly recommend you find someone else to represent you in buying or the sale your property. There are plenty of great agents out there who really want your business and will go above and beyond. This agent continuously dropped the ball and then Really didn’t seem to care. Offered no apologies or attempts to help remedy situations that arose. Let’s top it off they refused to let us have someone come in and clean the day before closing and also wouldn’t do it themselves. Keep in mind we were moving 10 hours away. Just a horrible experience I hope no one else has to encounter in what is supposed to be a happy time in their life.

don't list your home with this company. the broker is horrible doesn't do anything to sell your home and hold you hostage with the contract ! dont do this mistake with KLM don't list your home with klm

We were in the processes of building a new home and needed to first sell the one we had. Kathy Martin and Randy Neal were awesome. They took care of everything, so we could focus on our new house without worrying about the selling processes. It was amazing, we had multiple offers within one day and had it under contract in two days. I highly recommend KLM Properties!

After a buyer signed a contract for our house the closing was delayed 3 times for over 2 months. We could never get any information or updates along the way. The purchase of our new home was delayed to the point that we nearly lost it. KLM Properties didn't care. They were getting their money and they weren't selling our new home so it wasn't a big deal to them.

My wife and I just bought our first house, and at every step, Pam was there to guide us through the process. She helped us find a home, and wasn't just trying to sell us a property. Pam helped us with exploring neighborhoods, steering clear of pitfalls, accommodated our schedule, and found extra ways to get the most from our budget.
