I cannot speak how exclusive properties handles their real estate transactions, but as far as being a former tennant from a "Exclusive Realty" property management perspective, I would not let them manage my dogs house in the back yard. I only dealt with "Gavin".. not sure if he was the owner/broker or what but in a manner of about a week he pissed off every tenant I talked to a week after they took over. He was rude, abrasive, was lack at returning texts and in giving the information requested. I honestly hope his real estate sales keeps him afloat because his property nanagement skills sure as hell wont.

My husband and I worked with this company for a little over 2 years. First, to look for houses that would work for our family. Then, after a long search we found building was the right option for us. The realtor we worked with was very patient and understanding. There was never a point where she pressured us to buy. She honestly was an agent that was there for our best interest. She wanted us to be happy and find what we wanted. Over the several year search, we found our dreams and sold our house for what we wanted. Everything worked out so wonderful for for us mainly because this company took the time and had the patience with us. When we started this search we didn't even know what we wanted and they likely knew that but because of their commitment and dedication we found everything we dreamed of!

Missy is hard working and dedicated to her clients. She is always available for any questions you may have. Missy was my agent for my first home buyers close and it went very smoothly. If I would ever move again her company would be the first I would contact. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about our experience with Jade at Exclusive Realty. From the first phone call, she has gone above and beyond every step of the way. She took photos and made a video that was viewed thousands of times on Facebook. Our house was shown, sometimes multiple times a week. She has answered all of my stupid questions, any time of the day or night. We had no clue what we were doing and we would have been lost without her. Yesterday she even ran out to the house to let my husband in after he locked himself out. If you’re thinking about buying or selling a house, she’s your girl!
