Lisa Kirsop with Virgil Adams Real Estate easily deserves 10 stars! As a military family we’ve been through the buying/selling process many times, with many different realtors. Our most recent home was purchased using Virgil Adams with Lisa Kirsop as our realtor and she easily takes the prize as the best realtor we’ve worked with. She is professional, took every care to accomadate our needs, and ultimately helped us locate the perfect home for our family. I cannot speak highly enough of her incredible work ethic and attention to detail. She worked tirelessly to find us the home that was right for us and in my opinion went above and beyond, constantly exceeding our expectations. Moving across the country to an unfamiliar place can be difficult to navigate, yet Lisa made it stress free and enjoyable. We give Lisa Kirsop with Virgil Adams Real Estate our highest recommendation and will without hesitation work with her again when given the opportunity.

My fiancé and I were looking to buy our first house and we didn’t have a realtor yet. I called Karen in regards to a townhouse we wanted to see and she sent Sue Sandberg over to show it to us. Sue was so friendly and understanding right off the bat. We had no idea what the process of buying a house was and she broke everything down for us and walked us through everything (multiple times) which made it a lot less stressful. Sue is actually the one who found the listing for the house we decided to buy and are now living in. She had only known us a few days but she managed to find the perfect home for us and we are already so happy here. None of this would have been possible for us without Sue’s help. Pat Pieroni is a truly excellent realtor who far exceeded our expectations last year when he helped us buy a rental house in Olympia. Finding the house was the least of the challenges we dealt with. A survey showed that some work needed to be done and he negotiated with the seller (far more effectively than I would have done) to not only pay for the work suggested by the survey, but to make some additional repairs. After the sale he stayed in touch and we still check in with him if we need advice on (for example) finding an electrician or landscaper. As well as these professional attributes, he's a delightful person who has been a pleasure to work with and get to know. I very highly recommend him.

We met Maggie Merritt at an open house and arranged for a "get to know you" appointment at our home the following day. We had interviewed multiple realtors that week and immediately felt comfortable with Maggie's knowledge and professionalism. She helped stage our home, even going so far as to help me wash windows and wipe down counters just before the photographer came. We received multiple offers (!!) within hours of the listing going live and we closed on the sale of our home a few weeks later without issue! As our buyers agent, she showed us quite literally dozens of homes, never pressuring, always remembering what was important to us, until she became just as much of an expert on what we wanted as we were. When the right house came along, we all knew!! Again, the process was smooth and she was there every step of the way. I'll never forget how she worked late into the evening that night, emailing back and forth with our lender, in order to put together the strongest offer possible. Her customer service was exceptional, far beyond what we have experienced with other real estate professionals in the past. Phone calls were immediately answered, texts messages and emails promptly responded to. She is knowledgeable, personable, and unafraid of a challenge. I really couldn't love her more!
