We were first time home buyers but were told that the home buying process could be a huge nightmare. Especially with the affordable starter homes we were looking for. Thankfully we had Marguerite with us because she made the entire process extremely easy and she was there to help us in every step of the home buying process! From inspections to our signing documents she was with us all of the way. She even came out at 11:30PM to give us our keys for our new house! Talk about dedication. From our whacky requests to my stupid questions Marguerite was there to help us get the answers to everything. Marguerite Martin - Tacoma Real Estate Agent— This has to be one of best real estate agents ever. My son is a fresh Army officer coming into Tacoma area to find a place to live as fast as possible before his leave is over. I started quickly looking for agents who might help with rentals for a fee, since he doesn’t know the area, etc. Ms. Martin answered me IMMEDIATELY. She isn’t in the business of helping with rentals she let me know BUT through sheer kindness gave me a TON of information and advice, and all in a friendly manner. She had nothing to gain from it. No benefit, no sale. Nothing. Actually, I was taking her time, and so she actually could be said to have been losing time and money for her gesture. She could have just said, “No, I don’t do that.” So if nothing else, she is one of those excellent human beings in the world that makes it a better place. Thank you, Ms Martin, you made my day!
