I unfortunately spent a day looking at houses with Spencer Gray. It was the worst experience I've had due to his lack of professionalism as well as his demeanor of simply trying to push houses onto you and get you to buy when they aren't quality properties. This, combined with him eating in front of my while driving his car I felt was very classless.

Made full price offer on home listed by this office with escalation. This companies Realtor notified my realtor that there was one other offer but ours was best. BUT, the Sellers Agent went to a wedding and didn’t have time to talk to sellers about offers. The Sellers agent wanted us to wait 36 hours for a response. We moved on to next home and Sellers lose. It’s obvious to me these people don’t need to work for their clients.

Derek was an amazing Broker! This is the second time I've worked with him! We used him for our first home purchase back in 2011 and then we just used him for the sale of that house and to purchase our second home! He was amazing at helping us find the perfect home for our growing family!
