Melody was a fantastic agent to work with. She was very accommodating to my busy schedule and set up showings and inspections at my most convenient times, even if they were late. She stepped away from a wedding reception dinner to put in my offer on my house. She was not afraid to dive into dirty and dark basements during walk-throughs and inspections. She has a keen eye and was always pointing out things during showings that I had missed. She always responded quickly and promptly to my calls, texts and emails. She is a tough negotiator and helped me get my house under asking price, even in a seller market. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

We didn't know the area and we knew we would only be there 5 years. Cindy guided us to the right neighborhood for resale and great quality of life. We bought through Cindy in 2013 and we had such a good experience we sold with her in 2018. Five Star believes in continuity with their clients. Even after the sale went through, Cindy was there for us. She helped us navigate some challenging home repairs that occurred during the ownership of our home. When it came time for us to sell, the sale brochure they created for our house was amazing. The photography was beautiful and the virtual staging they did (for free!) was incredible. The brochure made me want to buy our house all over again! If you compared it the brochure of the previous realtor, you wouldn't have even known it was the same house. Cindy's immense market knowledge and creative strategies resulted in 5 offers in the first 4 days our house was on the market. Cindy has excellent negotiating skills and we sold far above asking price. Five star Spokane has earned our loyalty. If we ever move back to Spokane, we have our realtor!

Had to give one star to get to say my peace, if i could give negative stars, I would. I moved from 1,100 miles away and trusted my KW agent to keep me aprised of a newly constructed home, didn't happen. She was emailed weekly updates during the five month build, to include a projected date of the New Homeowner Orientation (NHO). I was trusting her to keep me informed, didn't happen. On the date of the orientation, she was a no show. Claiming she didn't know what a NHO was. Needless to say I was upset and called her manager who also claimed he didn't know what a NHO was. Really?! It was my second new home and I even knew what it was. Laurie Green collected a fat paycheck for doing NOTHING! I will NEVER again do business with Keller Williams and will continue to give negative reviews. Martin P Dixson

Shelly was fantastic, we could not have asked for more. I am originally from Spokane, but spent the last 10 years out of state. Shelly was able to work with my wants from what I remember of Spokane as well as incorporate all that has changed into our house hunting guidelines. She knows the city extremely well and had so much helpful information in terms of city limits, properties that were dependent on well water, schools in the area etc. Shelly paid so much attention to everything I described we wanted in a house and our personalities that she was able to find our perfect home. It was newly listed and had terrible pictures online, but somehow she knew it would interest us and it was THE one. The fact that she listens and really gets to know you is what I think makes here so capable in finding everyone's dream home. On top of that Shelly was always very responsive, punctual, and courteous. Once we found our home she was very knowledgeable in comparable homes and what we could offer. After making the offer until closing Shelly was on top of all the details and deadlines which made this sometimes overwhelming process so much less stressful and fun again. I highly recommend Shelly!

For that reason I would give them another chance and change from 1 star to 4. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original Review: Advice: when a client is moving from one coast to the other... don’t give them the newest agent in the office. I am not going to call anyone out by name. So. We were moving from the east coast to the west coast and while looking at hoses online submitted some info on a site and got hooked up with an agent at this office. At first everything was good. As the weeks went by I noticed that our agent didn’t have many answers to our questions... I jokingly asked her if she were new and found out that she has been in real estate for a couple of months and we were her first clients. Great!! Once we were under contract we were then told if we had any questions or concerns they would be handled by someone else in the office. What a nightmare that was. Apparently that employee had only been in the position for a short while as well. So now we have two people that aren’t well versed in their roles. Everything becomes a mess. There is no communication from the real estate office and the title company. We have more questions. No one can answer our questions and they are basically telling us to talk to the other party. I voiced my frustration and was told that someone in this office would be calling me to talk to me about it and answer any questions we had. I’m still waiting on that call and we’ve already closed. We’ve bought and sold several homes in the last 5 years. This was by far the worst transaction we’ve had. I am thankful for you and for the help we did get. I would not recommend this office.

Chris Montgomery responded quickly to my text, which was helpful. However, he wasn’t able to answer my questions by text for some reason and requested a phone call. Talking by phone is inconvenient for me, so this was disappointing. I also felt that by his asking to talk by phone, he was trying to get extra information from me that I wasn’t comfortable to give at that point in the conversation.

I expect this kind of behavior from offshore telemarketers. Not local businesses. Unsolicited calls are a shady way to conduct business. Bad form, guys.

Riley helped us find several homes meeting all of our specifications. Within one month we found the right place and had closed on our new home. Throughout the process, Riley went out of his way to ensure we were provided with excellent service. He was consistently available and quick to communicate. He personally went to the home and took multiple measurements for us. He discussed the reasonableness of offers and facilitated negotiations allowing us to obtain a price we were happy with and that was quickly accepted by the seller.
