We had a fairly complex home selling process that required a good bit of work on our house prior to listing it for sale. He helped us think through all of the essential elements we needed to address in our home to get the most value out of it at the time of selling such as updating paint, refreshing the look of our kitchen a bit, etc -- all with the perspective of doing things that would be cost effective and deliver value to the new buyers, while also taking into account the budget we had to put toward the pre-listing projects. He offered excellent advice along the way and really helped us make good decisions on where to put our time and money as we prepped the house. Between that home-prep process, and the incredible people he includes in his services to help stage the house for sale, clean up the yard, take stunning photos and 3D walk-through images for prospective buyers, etc -- you are definitely going to get top dollar for your home when you work with Brian! We also worked with Brian on purchasing our new home as well, and it was the same kind of seamless service, availability, and care. He is very skilled at what he does, extremely knowledgeable, and will work tirelessly to help you reach your home selling/buying needs.

Brian is not only our realtor, but also has become our friend. He guided us in buying our first home 5 years ago, and then when we decided to expand our family, he was our realtor in selling our home and buying our new home 2 years ago. Brian offers the full meal deal. When selling our home, he had it staged, landscaped, cleaned (even the windows!), and professionally photographed. I believe our sale was so successful because Brian was invested in every detail of highlighting the best parts of our home. Brian is AMAZING!!! He made our first time home buying experience in this crazy market an extremely easy and stressless process. While interviewing realtors, Brian stood out because of his superb experience and knowledge and his devotion to the client and their needs. He was always excellent at communication and very easy to reach when we had questions. He took the time to go to all the house tours with us and knew all the right questions to ask and all the right things to look for/look at while shopping for a house. We found the house of our dreams at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon and the sellers of the house were reviewing offers THE NEXT DAY and needed all offers to be submitted by 1pm Monday. Lets back up a bit… several years ago, Brian had found a wonderful condo for my daughter and son-in-law. Then a few years later Brian successfully found their dream house & sold their condo successfully and quick.
