I highly recommend Brad Hinckley! Brad helped my family buy, and later sell, a home on Capitol Hill. Each time, the services he provided were exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgable about the local market and, for purposes of selling, he was well connected with excellent photographers and stagers. He has a great eye for what will attract buyers, and a good instinct when negotiating with sellers. He always responded to our requests promptly and effectively took care of everything so that we did not have to. His professionalism and expertise makes an otherwise stressful experience much easier.

We had reached out to Brad in November of 2018 during our search for a selling agent that could guide us through the sell of our house. We chose Brad as our agent as he was very responsive from the get go and always came to every meeting prepared with documentation and knowledgeable guidance to every question or concern we had. Due to some business that we had to take care of, we decided to delay selling our house until a few months later - Brad was patient with us and continued to be available any moment we needed something.
