We had a great experience with Aaron. This was our first time buying a house and he was patient and extremely helpful as we learned the ropes. He listened to what our priorities were even helped us clearly define some of them. I never felt rushed with him or pressured into anything. Looking for a listing agent to help sell your home? Last year I researched possible listing agents for my home of 41 years. I called Aaron Gerry based on the positive comments I read. During our interview I found Aaron to be very knowledgeable, pleasant, and engaging -all great qualities to find in an agent. He was able to easily explain the best way to arrive at the optimal asking price for my home and how to present my home for sale. He advised me on what repairs and or updates needed to be addressed and how to stage my home to showcase its best features. This included removing clutter, cleaning inside and out, removing personal items and rearranging furniture. When my house was ready, Aaron marketed it with an effective combination of media. He hired a talented, professional photographer and used the photos to put together a great virtual tour and advertising flyers which were placed on the "For Sale" sign at the front of the property. He also did networking and listed with MLS. All of those efforts resulted in solid offers that were over the asking price within hours of the listing going public! Aaron negotiated on my behalf with the prospective buyers to acquire the best offer. He then advised me of the required inspections and certifications needed for the final sale.
