Within a few hours of our initial conversation with Brenda Dayfield, she showed us approximately six properties. We moved into the first property she showed us less than two weeks later. We are convinced that Brenda Dayfield is the best Realtor in Virginia, because of how she worked on our behalf. When our housing situation went awry, we needed to move into another property within 30 days. Due to the hot real estate market and our uncommon needs and requirements (home/business/environmental/health), our personal search for housing had been unsuccessful before meeting her. Thankfully, we were introduced to Brenda Dayfield when her coworker, a realtor we had contacted randomly, recommended her to us. Little did we realize how valuable that referral would be. The agent, Karen, handling a rental listing was rude, and her voice mail as always FULL! She gave my personal documents to the owner of the rental property. I contacted the broker, Kelly, and left her THREE voice mails and she did NOT return my call. I expressed my concern about a homeowner having my personal documents, and she still did NOT return my call! I will be filing a complaint on this office.
