This is the worst place to do business. They never return calls and the properties they support are trash. They always reschedule appointments and don’t show up on the new date and time. I will not utilize their services or recommend them to my worst enemies. I guess they give realtor license to anyone nowadays. I’ll give them ten thumbs down if them!

Horrible service. They make you wait months and months for repairs or service and always make excuses. They don't return calls and they have attitudes when you follow up on something. Just awful.

Absolutely terrible service. Didn’t make any repairs on the house until they knew we were moving and had to put the house back on the market. We had vinyl siding fall off during a storm and I called every month for over a year to have them fix it. It wasn’t fixed until the month before we moved out 16 months after the fact. Every time I called or emailed to inquire about something they would never get back to me; I had to call or email again to get the answer from them. And now we are sitting at day 50 and still haven’t gotten our security deposit back.

This is the most corrupted and deceitful property management company. They never return your calls, any and every time something is wrong with property it's an "as is" issue. They are never there to assist....always, always waiting(3-4 weeks)to hear from the owner. The WORST choice I made being new to this area.

This was one of the the most-dishonest companies I have ever worked with. When we moved in, they shut the electricity and the gas off in a manner that we did not have heat or lights for several days, and had to stay in a hotel, AND PAY RENT!!! We moved into a home that had problem, after problem, and they would not work with us on any of it. the home basically fell apart around us and they refused to fix some of the items that we were paying rent for... It was a horrible experience and at the end of the contract I received military order sooner than I expected. I tried to work with them by notifying them two months prior to moving out and even volunteered to help them rent the home by showing it for them. After all of this, they tried to charge us an early termination fee, and only decided to back down after I sought legal help and let them know that I would be taking them to court. Do not use this company if at all possible, and they ARE NOT military friendly.
