bought 3 acres in atlantic. was told the land had a perc test done and passed. because of the amount of time it would need a new one but would pass. I made the mistake to believe the realtor and held off on the perc test until we were ready to place a home on it. hey I had assurances it would pass. well it didn't and I am out of $29000. it is my personal opinion that Jim Reynolds and his client new the land would not perc. the health department of Accomack had no record of a perk test or permit. started a permit in 1996 but never completed. they assume they knew the land would not perk! I was scammed. unable to retire as we planed in the next few months due to this . I would stay away from the company and their realtors!

Where to begin.... Off the charts A-Maaaazing! As a long time resident of Chincoteague island, I have purchased and sold all my property's through Dockside.
