I rarely post reviews but in this case it's warranted. I live on the west coast and wanted to buy a vacation home in VT. Very difficult to do if you're not there, but Bret made it a dream. From identifying properties, to negotiating the deal and assisting us with local experts to complete the transaction, this would not (could not) have happened without Bret. In a world of mostly horrible service providers, we are truly grateful to Bret for going above and beyond.
