This review is long overdue. Kristin is wonderful. She helped me buy a home in Brattleboro and sell my home in Guilford. It took me awhile to find the home of my dreams, and Kristin was patient, kind, encouraging, thoughtful and knowledgeable. She even made the process fun despite the stress involved with buying, selling and moving in just a three month time frame. Kristin is loyal, supportive, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Her process is totally client centered. She promised me I would find the right home, and eventually, after looking for a long time, I did. I have worked with agents who push their own agenda's onto the experience. Kristin is not at all that way. She really seems to love and enjoy helping people find a home they will be happy with. I know that all the agents at BAR are great to work with.

**The review of not returning phone calls or not dealing with you unless you buy a house 200k or more is absolute not valid. I had a great experience buying my first home (well under 200k) with Chris. She showed us several houses before we found the perfect house. Both Angela the office manager and Chris the agent worked very close with us. They answered all questions and returned ALL our phone calls. Being first time buyers we had A LOT of questions. Thank you BAR and will definitely be back if we decide to sell/buy again.
