Had a horrible experience buying a $500,000 dollar home and property.. I won't mention the agents name but she was late to every meeting, including the closing. She never had anything ready for us, let the seller completely bully us in every manner and had the audacity to reroute a mountain luxury real estate bill to my spouse and I, which we paid. She was a nice girl, just unprofessional. The day we closed the house, the sellers underwear was lying on the floor in the master bedroom and the house was FILTHY. So much for the professionalism. Thanks for the great experience. Our next home won't be purchased through MLRE.

I have had the pleasure of inspecting homes for the Mountain Luxury Real Estate team and have always appreciated how professional this brokerage operates. Recently, I had an experience with Brandi Hammon that sparked the reason for this review. I was inspecting a very nice and expensive home in Syracuse for one of her buyers. During the inspection I found many large issues that stemmed from problems missed when the home was built ten years ago. When the issues were shown to Brandi she was completely knowledgeable about these types of issues (which was a first for me as inspector) and understood the seriousness of the problems. Brandi was more concerned about her buyers than making the sell of the home. Brandi Hammon is one of the most ethical agents I have met to this day. You can trust that she has your best interest in mind. Thank you Brandi! I wish more agents could operate at your level!!!

This brokerage, Brandi Hammon, brought a REPC on one of our luxury homes for sale. She failed to ever collect an earnest money check from the buyer! When the buyer's first date came and went, she asked for an extension of time to get a check creating some type of excuse for her buyer. Then after that deadline came and went by a week our Realtor had to call her several times again about where the earnest money was. She finally admitted the buyer had never given her a check! This type of business practice is very unprofessional and some people would also define it as unethical. Thank goodness we waited to give our tenants notice. It would have cost us thousands of dollars in lost rent! As it is, we incurred significant legal fees getting this REPC in place and possibly lost another sale. If you get an offer with this brokerage or Brandi's name be careful. In this case ---- Seller BEWARE!
