Deone always put us and our interests first. We had been working with them for two years looking at properties and they always showed them to us and help guide us even though we changed our mind often about what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend. They always helped us pick the right homes to see, it was just that we were not willing to pull the trigger on buying a home. Once my wife and I decided to buy it didn’t take long before Deone found us our perfect house and guided us through and got us a great offer and was perfect through her negotiations! If I were buying or selling a house again I would use them because you can trust them to negotiate the best thing for you! She was very transparent with us about commissions and was always available to answer our questions! I feel she deserves every bit of what she earned! Her lender got us a fantastic rate and we couldn’t be happier with the services we received from lady bug! Thanks for everything y’all have done for us in helping our family grow comfortably in our new home!

What a fantastic, knowledgeable realtor!!! Ive worked with Deonne twice. The reason I chose her initially was because she had more listings in Ogden then any other realtor and they seemed to sale FAST! She has a lot of knowledge, communicates thoroughly and quickly with all questions. If you’ve ever worked with a realtor that doesn’t know what they are doing, it’s painful! Having someone like Deonne (and her team) help guide you through and be your advocate is a huge stress relief! They make what could be super stressful situation, effortless. About 20 years ago I hired/met Deone and presented the task of finding an affordable good sized house with a large yard for my "then Brady bunch". 2nd house she showed me was a perfect match. Over time I needed some help with other real estate type ventures and she came through impressively. Then with a new wife and life once again I presented a new big task finding the perfect house for my British bride. The first home she showed my Queen was an 1890 project house. It certainly wasn't "A" perfect house but it was "Thee" perfect house for us! Here's the amazing part, both houses closed on the same day, yup it happened. The 5th of never occurred. We can't even begin to thank the Lady Bug team enough and all those who were involved both sides... Cheers

Wish I could give 0 stars. Deone is probably the worst real estate agent on the planet. Totally lacks basic human decency for the people she is hired to represent and for those who she deals with. She was representing the sellers of a property we were trying to purchase. All the details of the transaction are too long to fit into a google review, but i will detail a few of the problems she caused us. Suffice it to say that we have submitted a formal complaint to the division of licensing and board of ethics because of our experience with her. - She purposefully did not send the property owners our offers because she was the property manager, making commission off of the monthly rent, and if the tenants of the property were to buy the house, she would make full commission of the sale by not having to split the commission with another agent. We know she didn't send the offers to the sellers, because we bypassed her and contacted the sellers directly after multiple offers were ignored. The sellers accepted our offer and we went under contract the next day after a week of attempting to get any sort of response from Deone. - During the inspection process it was found that there was meth contamination of the home. The contamination was caused by the tenants, whom Deone had chosen, as is her duty as property manager, to occupy the house. We backed out of the contract due after learning of the contamination. After we had officially withdrawn our offer, Deone made multiple threats of filing suit against us for the earnest money we had put down, as well as threatening to "report" us for a negative google review she had received while we were under contract. I don't know who she thinks she can report us to... especially for a google review that we didn't even write. - She did not represent her sellers well, whatsoever. I had several interactions with the seller and he was always very understanding and civil and accommodating. Deone had misled him on key dates and timelines, pressuring him into rejecting addendums that would have allowed us to extend due diligence dates. One such reason she gave him for not allowing us to extend these dates was "Because meth tests take at least 10 days to get the results of the tests back", which is absolutely false. On average, meth tests in this area take 24 hours. As a realtor, she should know full well how long these tests take and how easy they are. These are just a few of MANY other issues. Please, do not use her as an agent. And if you are looking to purchase a home she is listing, do yourself a favor and do not buy from her.

I have been working with Deone, the Broker, for 20 years with amazing results and complete satisfaction. Ladybug is now Deone’s own company and continues to provide the stellar results with her hand picked staff. Ladybug is very punctual, detail oriented, provides feed back and actually communicates the with client. Very rare in this day and age of electronic communications. Ladybug’s resources for inspections, repairs, management, title company and on-line signature transactions are not only wonderful, but saves valuable time at resonable rates. If I could score a ten stars I would post Eleven. I recommend Ladybug for ALL your real Estate transactions and or questions. You can be sure you will get Only The BEST.

Deone and her team at Lady Bug are fantastic! They have managed my rental property for eight years now. Through good times and bad, Lady Bug has been a great property manager. I am not local to the area anymore, so a good property manager is a must in order to make it work. The rental business is not easy, but Lady Bug has the professionalism and expertise to make the most of it. They have been there at 2am to take care of busted pipes, helped me remodel my property, and managed difficult tenants to make sure payments were made and the house was cared for. My manager, Leigh, responds quickly to my calls and emails and takes the time to follow up. Jody, who handles maintenance and renovations, does excellent work at a fair price. I only have one modest rental, but Deone meets with me personally when I come into town. She also doesn't hesitate to help when I have a unique need due to my distance. I definitely recommend Lady Bug to anyone in the market for a property manager.

If you are in the market to either buy or sell your home do not use Deone Ehlers-Rhorer with Lady Bug Realty. We recently sold our home and the she was the buyers agent. We were actively moving out of our home when she showed up to the property with her buyers and harassed us to the point where we felt extremely uncomfortable and I finally called the police to come over and mediate. Her buyers were speaking profanity towards us as well as walking into the home yelling and screaming which furthered the process of trying to get out. We had less than 24 hours to move our entire house because of the time we closed and could legally move into our new home. All of this was disclosed up front when the initial offer was excepted. The buyers knew we couldn't move into our new house until we closed. Because of the circumstances we were not able to do any touch up pain, vacuume the carpet, clean the fridge and bathrooms etc. We had to leave it a mess because of the situation. I honestly feel bad for the buyers because if their agent (Deone) would have actually done her job and been professional this could have all been avoided. If she would have had a calm head she could have told her buyers that it was obvious we weren't going to be out by 5 and that due to the weather ( it was down poring and dark) that they would be best advised to leave us alone and wait for us to be gone and start fresh the next day but for some reason she thought it would be more productive to stay there and continue to harass us and argue with the police officers, wasting their time and resources when they could be out doing anything else that would be more productive and slowing us down and stressing us out. We had 7 or 8 other people helping us (family and friends) frantically trying to get out but weren't able to until later that night. (which my realtor had told her earlier that day) Finally after arguing with the cops for a half an hour or more they all left. I could say so much more but I think that gets the point across pretty clearly. This was one of the most unprofessional, ridiculous things that have ever happened to me and I don't want this to happen to anyone else. We will now spend so much more time trying to unpack all of our things that were just thrown in boxes not marked because of the rush to get out of the house. I strongly felt the obligation to write this review. I understand that this reflects very poorly on Lady Bug Realty and that is unfortunate because I'm sure the other agents that work there are decent good realtors but the way Deone acted tainted her brokerage for me and everyone I know that I will tell. She honestly should not be able to represent anyone else and lose her license to work in the relestate profession after this.

Just sold a home listed by Lady Bug - wonderful experience! Deone and staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and great at effective marketing. The house sold quickly, and for a great price. I've also used Lady Bug's property management services, and that was a great experience, too! The house was staged beautifully to attract good tenants, and management was trouble-free. She's been a realtor for 31 years and knows a great deal of knowledge when it comes to buying, selling and renting property. Me and my wife choose her to be our realtor for these many reasons. Deone helped us find a condo to buy when the market was super competitive. She made the process effortless and communicated with us the whole time. 2 years later when we wanted to move she found us a buyer without even having to list the place. Our neighbor was having to do open houses and it was so nice not having to worry about having to show our place because I was pregnant and already had a toddler. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the area and the properties she shows. She is not fake in the slightest and keeps things 100% real which my husband and I greatly appreciated. Deone... Just slimy. I had a similar experience to at least a couple others. I submitted an offer on a house she had listed. She told me she received it, then went silent with no response/feedback. A few days later I went and knocked on the door. Owner told us he had not been notified of the offer. He was livid. Turns out Deone was trying to get one of her buyers to offer on the property, so she could get a double commission. Just plain wrong and a violation of her fiduciary responsibility as a listing agent. The seller and I wanted to work out a deal without Deone involved, but she was such a nuisance that we just had to walk away.

My family and I found a lovely home we wanted to move into and unfortunately, it was being rented threw ladybug Realty. They were very rude. We had to jump threw many hoops and were not given clear instructions by any of there representatives. At the end of it all, even though we met all the qualifications ( even willing to pay three and a half grand just to move in), we did not qualify for the house and they would not tell me why.
