If i could i would give this more than five star because of Gina Rowe. Gina was our realtor and i am telling you she is AMAZING. She went Above and beyond when it came to getting us the house we wanted and i couldn't thank her enough. Not only did she go above and beyond for us in getting the house she also was so much fun to house hunt with. She was always available and really taught us a lot! Especially this being our first home she made sure we understood the process and really looked out for our best interest. Chad hill is horrible one of the worst people I have ever dealt with the house I rented was full of mold both toilets leaked my sink and roof leaked there was exposed electrical wires in multiple places in the house when my fridge went out they did nothing to help with it i had to replace it my self if hes renting theses houses I can only imagine what condition the houses he sales are in if they rent houses that should be condemned

If you are going to go through them for their services, avoid Bruce! He's one of the worst landlords I have heard of. Save yourself the trouble and request anyone else.

I called about a property I had seen advertised for rent. I was transferred to a man named Bruce. I asked some questions and got some information, but as soon as I asked about service dogs the conversation was over. He very rudely said "no service dogs" and hung up! He didn't ask any questions for details or anything, he heard the word dog and was done talking to me. Well, I have a diabetic alert dog that helps sustain my life and I refuse to be discriminated against because of it silently! I simply required more explanation than that so I called back. The man who answered (not Bruce) said that this was not their company policy but that particular rental was his private rental so service animals didn't have to be allowed. This is TRUE... But shouldn't I get the the same respect and treatment as anyone else? Some questions, an explanation, and if nothing else a POLITE refusal? I realize that people are abusing the right to own service animals these days, but that should not mean that people who rely on them should be treated as second class citizens...Because I, Mr Bruce with the private home, am not one! I will NOT be contacting Golden Spike when I purchase a home.
