Bought a $275,000 house represented by Mary Ann Brady last August. She assured me that the remodeling wasn't just cosmetic. She even promised that the seller was including a 1 year home warranty with the house. At closing, my idiot real estate agent didn't keep on top of Mary Ann about the home warranty and we signed without it. Now I know why. Water heater is going out and I'll need to replace it with a whole new one. The garage door broke in November. I was sick last week and went to take a bath to clear my sinuses and behold, the bath stopper didn't work. When I set up the clothes washer the hot and cold hook ups were wrong (hot was cold and vice versa). The master bath toilet started constantly running the first week and when I went to fix it, there was a plastic cup in there on top of the toilet float valve to stop the leaking water! I just had to tighten a few screws and it stopped the problem. Not to mention the fact that Mary Ann acted like I was a bother to her during the whole closing process. She has quite the arrogant attitude. Stay clear of the agent. And stay clear of Pillar to Post inspection too, who missed all of this.
