I have never had a worse experience dealing with a company. Their customer service is terrible, Dave H (Senior Broker) was very difficult to work with. They have no respect for the buyer and are only in this for themselves. As a first time home buyer, they did not try to help us in any way. Luke was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional when dealing with us. Each time we went to the town home we were interested in, we were quoted a different price with a large gap and they were constantly increasing the price on us. We ended up pulling out of the house because we had no desire to work with them. Definitely recommend finding a company that cares about the buyer and making the experience a positive one.

Luke was absolutely amazing! He came highly recommend from a friend, and I'm so glad they suggested we work with him. Luke really has a lot of knowledge to share. I was really impressed when walking through homes with him how often he had closed on a home in that neighborhood or nearby recently or within the last year or two. He really could give us a sense of what each neighborhood was like, things we would probably need to fix up, if the asking price was reasonable, etc. He was always quick to get back to us and answer any questions we had. I sent him a million listings, and he always got us in to see the place as quickly as possible. I really appreciate how he didn't push us towards anything out of our price range, and when we actually ended up purchasing a condo instead of a home he was really supportive. He negotiated with the sellers on our behalf really well, I feel like we saved a lot of money because of his talents. 10/10 will totally use Luke again in a few years when we sell to move into a single family home.
