I felt like I knew nothing about all of the intricacies of purchasing a home and Joe explained everything without making me feel dumb. He literally took us through 20+ homes and was always willing to work with our schedules to make sure we got to see all of the houses on our list. Stacey was so good to communicate with me via text and make it really easy to schedule home visits. Once we had our home under contract, Jordyn gave us weekly email updates and was also available via text, call, etc. to help us meet our deadlines and negotiate through the home inspection, etc. The home inspector they referred us to was also stellar and very thorough. They even sent us gifts when we went under contract and closed on the house! (Including covering the cost for the locksmith to change the locks). I really can’t say enough good about our experience. I’m so grateful to this team!

I am so thankful we bought our home with Big Key Real Estate! We were first-time buyers, and Joe met with us to walk us through the whole process before we went out to look at houses. He has over a decade of experience and is a pleasant person without an ounce of pushiness. During our visits to showings, Joe listened to our comments and helped us determine what features we valued the most so we could make a final decision with confidence. When we found the house we wanted, Joe was able to help us negotiate and get under contract in less than 24 hours and completely on our terms. He and his team made the purchasing process as painless as possible the whole way from inspection to closing, but their excellent service didn't stop there. When our water heater broke a week after we moved in, Joe immediately responded to our text of distress even though he was out with his family and halfway through a movie. He made sure the right people were on the job right away, and when the plumbing bill beyond what it looked like our home warranty would cover fell to us, Joe stepped in and somehow swung us a full refund. We've had a couple of other small issues crop up, and Joe and his team have responded quickly and helped us reach a resolution each time. We have been very well looked after, and we highly recommend Big Key Real Estate!

I have used these guys on 7 separate instances and would NEVER consider using anyone else! I had an unpleasant experience on one occasion with a very difficult buyer of my home that could have turned into a nasty lawsuit easily. If it wasn't for Big Key, I would have been in pain emotionally, as I just didn't have the time and mental energy for months of bitter war in the courtroom. Even though I'm confident the outcome would have gone my way, I wanted to do everything I possibly could to avoid it. I don't think I would have been able to work it out without Big Key. I am BLOWN AWAY by people who use some new app to cut realtors out of the buying or selling process. I'm with Dave Ramsey and other advisors who preach that a good realtor is worth their weight in gold. Can't recommend Big Key enough.
