Richard Kemp went above and beyond in every step of our buying process and even after we signed the closing papers. I lived out of town and he went many times with my daughter looking for houses that I saw on the internet. After I came into town and found our dream house that was under construction, he would stop by often to make sure everything was being done right, knowing that I was not there to do that. He talked to our builder several times in regards to things that had to be fixed or changed. He even meet people who came over to give us estimates about building a deck several times. He has lived in the area most of his life and I still call him to ask questions about the area and to give me suggestions for referrals. He even came over when I needed to install a hand held shower and couldn't get the old shower head off! I consider him more than a realtor, he has become a good friend. I could not have found a realtor with more knowledge about the area, homes, the market, and that cares more about the people he serves! He's the BEST!

Great company! Please research the reviews that Melissa has reviewed, all only 1 star as of the date of this review, so take things with a grain of salt. The ad is targeted to let you know that having a professional can help you get more and could be better than a desktop appraisal (even if you broke even, isn't that better than having to deal with the hassle of under qualified buyers looking at your home and helping with all the paperwork and giving you an extra layer of protection?). I love working for the company and really love helping families. Please know that when we work for and with a buyer or seller, we strive for 5 stars as we want them to feel comfortable referring us and we want to develop a long lasting relationship, not just until the property closes.

If you are looking for an incompetent group of people to sell or find you a home, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! This company will not care how they conduct their business with you. In fact they don't actually HAVE to do anything according to their contracts. When they fail to list your home in a timely manner, then list your home incorrectly for another 2 weeks, and use their cell phone to take pictures.... there will be loads of excuses why things aren't happening--they'll even blame you after telling you that you are dream clients. They will fail for over a month to give you a copy of the contract you signed as well. I hope you like to follow up over and over about EVERY little thing you are paying them to do because they are fantastic at not getting back to you, or giving you an excuse. If something needs to be taken care of don't worry the people in the office won't be able to do it because they are gone (apparently no one ever works there)--and when they come back you'll have to follow up over and over again to make sure things happen. When you are finally done being polite and understanding after every excuse and mistake don't worry, they will let you out of the contract if you pay them thousands. If you try politely to end your business relationship they'll ignore you, blame you, accuse you of dishonesty and demand money (for doing absolutely nothing). They'll make sure you have a terrible experience. If you're looking for an incompetent office to manage your sale or buying experience, you will be happy here--otherwise, just keep walking.
