Wonderful managers, always extremely friendly and very helpful. My experience here has been great. The maintenance guy is awesome as well, very trustworthy & friendly. He comes within an hour of our request and fixes the problem immediately! Love this complex, moving from large cities (Houston & Austin) we didn't think we'd find a luxurious helpful complex, but this definitely has killed our expectations!

I have had a great experience living at the Wall Street Lofts. All of my maintenance requests have been answered promptly, I have always been notified prior to entrance into my apartment, and the office is always open when I need to get my packages.

I have really enjoyed my experience at Wall Street Lofts so far. Carrie, our manager, has been great and always willing to help. I agree with the previous post, she definitely needs an assistant. I don't know how she manages to do it all by herself. I have even found her in the office working at midnight! Its obvious she does all she can to help and accommodate the residents. The only reason for the 4 stars is the price. I feel the apartments are so overpriced for Midland Texas, but I LOVE my apartment and the experience at Wall Street.

Four managers since I've moved in and we finally have a good one who takes care of the residents. Four stars only because we are still overpriced in the falling Midland economy. We do need an assistant manager to take some weight off our manager, however.

Be careful when applying...Put a 500 hold deposit on a unit. Hold, mind you. When app didn't pan out, they joyfully only refunded 250 with no detailed explanation for why the other 250 was deducted....money, money,money...Be careful. Just wanted to post an update on this situation: after speaking with staff, come to find out there was an accounting error that prevented my entire $500 deposit from being returned. Chauncey diligently handled the issue and in the end, I did receive the entire hold deposit back! Thank you!
