This is my opinion, and my experience. I would NOT recommend to a friend. I bought and sold my house through them, and maybe I just got two bad relators, my issue is with the selling. I had to call and recommend an open house, I had to put together the features of the house, I had to take the pictures of the house, finally I had to put together what the neighborhood had to offer. My relator I feel phone this one in, and after we sold the house she wanted to meet for lunch, she didn't even buy my $6 lunch! If I could turn back time, I would have definitely went with someone else, and I am not talking about the whole of Trower, just my agents. If Virgil reaches out to me I will give him the name of the agent, but I won't put her name of blast for the basin to see.

I walked into Priscilla Golden office in tears frustrated with the cost of property taxes and ready to just give up. She gave me a bottle of water and while chilled , she asked me some questions. Then gave me some options. A couple weeks later my land was sold. A couple weeks later we were closing and I walked away with a check. I bought something less expensive to maintain and a car. Priscilla talkedtop me regularly to make sure I was good with everything . Awesome experience thanks again Priscilla.

I wish I could give no stars. I saw all the wonderful reviews and went with Trower. Worst mistake. Maybe it was just the agent. She did nothing for us. She did not show my house ONCE. I sent the only prospect and then she started working for him. Two and half months she took my house off the market and he did not qualify. Then she tried to make me pay for the inspection and termite inspection b/c she didn't make the prospective buyer pay for it upfront. They did not do their research on my property up front and now saying I need an attorney and months to fix my title. I did my research and it only takes an application and 15 days to fix it. Not professional. Going to use ReMax, they sell properties fast. Do not use Trower

Worst place to rent ever. DON'T rent here. I was renting a property in Odessa with Trower and sucked. They didn't want to fix anything, it was raining inside, fence was broke, windows locks were out etc. At the office is a lady name PussyCat or whatever, a few extra pounds Mobby Dick, she's nice with customers only when they pay, a BIG liar. I hope you read this review baby, I'll tell everyone not to rent with y'all. I paid $1200 deposit and they charged $300 because a car was parked on the damn yard.

This companies rental management department is an absolute train wreck and that is the Gods honest truth. They should have their real estate license removed due to the way they manage properties. Avoid this company or you will be in for a bunch of lost money and terrible mismanagement. Email me if you want to hear some of my horror stories with these people. The new company that I am using now has been amazing which has made me realize even more what a disaster Trower has been with the 20 properties they managed for me.

Service is great. Attendants are nice. But this is west texas. 99% of us men work in the field and wont come into town for weeks or late at night so we dont want to make an extra stop to drop off an envelope with our entire rent ( thia isnt the 90s) you would think by now someone would be able to process your payment over the phone or have a link on a website.its not that hard. Hire a highschool student and he will have that up and running in a day or 2

Rudest and unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I walked in to show my Id to see a rental. I said Hi ladies to all three of the ladies in the office they continued to talk amongst each other and over me as if I was not there!!!! Then I stood there and waiting thinking maybe they where having an important conversation and they still didn’t greet or anything!!!!! RUN AWAY to the women in the office get some customer service training seriously. When a potential renter walks in you greet them and ask them how you can help them not ignore them as if they are not there.

Terrible customer service!!! We put an application for a property with 40.00 app fee. They took a week to tell us yes, then turned around and said no owner didn't want to rent the building after all. The leasing agent kat is not professional at all we had to call her everyday. She said she call us back but no luck. We were gonna put our house up for sale with them, thank god we didn't.

I was a tenant of theirs for years. They're slum lords. The floor in the kitchen had a weak spot (really weak) and it took my ex wife falling threw the floor and almost breaking her before they fixed that one, notified them of other weak spots on the floor but because no one has injured themselves yet they refuse to fix them. The house had cockroaches and I informed them if that also, they failed to do anything about that also now the house is totally infested and all my personal belongings are useless. When I informed them that I just found out that I have leukemia, they moved to evict me as soon as they could, even though I'm still working.

Let me tell you. If I could give no stars I definitely would. We got accepted to rent and had a good variety of choices. I went probably once a week to check on the listings for a month and a half. When it came to the day we found a place we liked and that was actually clean and in good shape when she changed her story and demanded more of a deposit. We were already there with our deposit and ready to get the ball rolling. She said she was going to try and get a hold of me but got busy. (She was eating a burrito instead of trying to get ahold of me) they never answer their phones and most properties they have for rent are run down and disgusting. I’m so infuriated that we depended on them thinking they would be awesome but let us down and potentially put us on the street.
