I dont recommend no one staying at trinity apartment they try to over charge you on everything bad service and maintenance when you get an eviction notice not even 30 days and they throw all your property things away

I second that the floor creeks a LOT in the kitchen. The AC almost doesn't work at all so it is literally 80 or 85 degrees in the entire apartment in the summer. Our patio reeked of pee because the previous residents must have had a dog and they didn't replace the patio carpet. The hot tub absolutely never works. They kept saying they would fix it but they were lying. Don't count on getting your deposit back because they are cheap skates and they will keep every penny of it, even if you didn't damage anything. Don't rent here. The heat in the summer and freezing cold in the winter will drive you crazy for sure. It's not worth the price at all!

I love living here! I love the community, the office staff and mantaince staff, everyone is so friendly and helpful! Everyone here works very hard to make sure each resident is comfortable and are ready to help whenever you need them. I've lived here for about 2 years now and everyone I've met, Daniella, Mariana, Raydean and Ashley, they are the best! Come and chexk this apartment out foe yourself and see, you wont regret it if your looking for a good new home.

We love it here! We have had no issues since we moved in whatsoever. Only time I have had to call maintenance for little honey do’s they have been so gracious enough to help with. The office staff helped make our move easy and quick. And we’re especially impressed with how well the grounds are kept up with. Great location close to everything!

I have been here almost 2 yrs. Staff and maintenance are awesome. Never had any problems with my apt. My neighbors have been living here from 5 to over 15 yrs and i enjoy living here. I know that they have cleaned up especially when Justin was here. Justin is so talented with making our residential living memorable. Marianna is great with hospitality of residents. I always tell my friends on how awesome it is to live here. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to renewing my contract. Thank you to my neighbors and Trinity for making this a great experience. After another apartment complex failed to follow through (after working with them for a week!), I walked into Trinity Place. Raydean immediately showed me an apartment, then sat down with me to discuss pricing and answer all my questions . She let me use her computer to fill out the application and they processed it immediately l. I had my keys only a few short hours later. Earlier in the morning as Raydean was showing me the apartment she noticed some shrubs that had overgrown a bit. She called maintenance and by the time I moved in later that day it was taken care of! Great customer service from both Ashley and Raydean. As for the apartment, it's clean and in great shape and for a great price (well, great price for Midland). I'd highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking.

So far ive lived here 10 months and i love it. I really enjoy everything about my apartment except i wish we had designated parking spaces lol. But managment and office staff are beyond helpful and i do believe they put 110% in to make sure people feel at home here. Its safe, and perfect for families or people living on their own as well

Place is rundown, black moldy vents, floor creeks and is unlevel, everything just falls apart, pool is always filled with bugs dirt and leaves, a/c & heater went out multiple times and it took a week or two to get anything fixed. They only care about the cosmetics while the inside is falling apart (like 90% of midland). For as much as you pay in rent they should be able to afford updates like maybe an oven at least from the 90's. Looking at most of Weidner properties shows a lot about the owner.

Worst 6 months ever.. every month I started getting charged more and more up to 60 over the normal rent with no explanation. The ceiling squeaks and is very thin, I could hear the guy above me snoring. Maintenance takes forever to come and take care of things. My hot water heater went out and wouldn't re-light, it took 3 days before they came in and said they would have to order a new hot water heater. I told maintenance it was leaking also, the leak got worse and worse. After 3 weeks I was soaking a full size towel in 20 minutes. Made another call and they told me it was too late to come work on it or to shut the water off. I stayed up all night soaking and drying towels. The next day they replaced the hot water around noon and gave me a 10 dollar gift card to Starbucks... the paint in the laundry room started to crack off the wall and there was mold behind the paint. I asked them what if the hot water heater was leaking on the 2nd floor and I wouldn't take care of it, he laughed and said we would probably be on the 1st floor now because our ceilings are super thin.. then on move out date I get charged a ton extra with no explanation and they kept my deposit and making me pay even more. The people in the office are very rude and just treat you as another number instead of an actual resident.. would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.. think twice before choosing trinity place apartment people

We have lived here a little over a year and have had TONS of maintenance issues, but eventually they have been taken care of. In no means are these apartments fancy, but they are always trying to fix them and keep the grounds looking nice. The ladies in the office are very sweet, and have helped me to quickly resolve any issues I had. Overall, not a terrible place to live.

This apartment complex is a great place to live! Location is safe and the staff is awesome! They have made us feel at home here for over 2 years now and are so helpful when you have any type of issue. They take care of their residents! If your looking for a welcoming place, this is it!

I wish I could rate this negative!! This place is a joke. They charge $1300 while our NEXT DOOR neighbors pay $900. The "brand new " dishwasher never worked, maintenance is a JOKE. We drove 18 hours just to get to Texas. Paid rent and deposit before we ever got here and they still wouldn't let us move in because the lady in the office tried to cover her ass lying to her boss because she made a mistake.and every time I go to the office they act like they've never seen me before?? I'm sorry but if you run an apartment complex u should probably remember who lives there !! The ceiling is so thin we can hear people upstairs just walking to the next room. They've blocked my phone number before. Every time I call I have to call them about 10 times before someone answers. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and all but this is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived at. After 3 months we tried moving and got someone to take over the lease .. also they charge $120 for a freaking water bill!!! Seriously?? Don't live here.

Just a heads up, when they are showing you the apartment they will probably tell you that the hot tub actually works because that's what they told us. I lived there for a year and it never did get hot. The jets come on sometimes and that's their idea of a fix but the heating element is completely broken. The whole reason I agreed to rent there was because they told me the hot tub worked. It was way overpriced. Overall it's just a miserable place to live. Also you can count on them not giving you a dime back on your deposit even if you didn't damage it in any way. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
