Gloria Apolinario has taken my home and sold it 38-days. My previous Realtor is what you call a "post & Pray" Realtor. She posted a sign on my lawn, and did nothing. I had to work with her receptionist and got nothing but grief and frustration....for a year, can you imagine having to go through that? My old Realtor walked through my house twice this past year.....very disappointing. She also bad mouthed Gloria, and that was what broke the camels back for me. Now Gloria is a REAL go getter! She made fliers, spoke with businesses through out Odessa. She had shown my house 80-times in a little more than a month. She helped me make improvements on the house, while trying to save a little cash at the same time. She had taken another property that had been on the market for over a year, and she sold that too. She also has a passion for the homeless and less fortunate. She is a vital part of the Salvation Army advisory board, which I worked under. Again, she marketed and is a large part of the success of this homeless shelter. You don't have to believe anything I have said. Just look at the data. There are sales documentation and improvements you can verify Gloria will sell your house. She has improved my quality of life by saving me from this year long problem and converted it to something I can now look past. Please know I have worked with Gloria for the past 5-yrs and there is no better Realtor in Odessa, other than her. Thank you Ms Gloria! Keno

Unprofessional. Realtor offers to show a couple of houses, never makes contact as indicated she would, never bothers to answer or follow-up on calls to see what was going on. Makes me wonder if she wants to sell a house or not. Disappointing for a firm with such a high rating on here.

Had Brent Sims as a realtor. Initially, he was responsive to questions but once the contract was signed, he dropped the ball on everything. Has been extremely difficult to get a hold of. Has not helped to enforce any of the terms of the contract. Can't even get him to help me find the location of the home's mailbox. He had told me that his job as a realtor was to keep ongoing business with clients, but obviously, the minute the contract was signed, he could care less and has let everything fall through.

Jessica Woodard, I appreciate your review. I had the mobile home listed that you and your husband lived in. The actual owner was your father in law who resided in California as I remember. I found it rather difficult as a Professional Real Estate Agent of 10+ years to navigate through your insults during the short 3 weeks I had the mobile home you resided in " listed" out of a 6 month listing Contract. If you put your memory cap on... You resided in a mobile home which was on piece of property that at the time was not considered Real Estate. They were two different entities and you wanted it sold as one. In order to do that the Actual owner of the mobile home ( father in law) would have needed to fill out paper work to have this done. This absolutely irritated you and did not fit into your plans and I apologize for that! Myself as a Professional could not do anything further until this was taken care of. Wish you and your family the best and hope you were able to get the obstacle taken care of in order for the sale you were looking for!
