I have never had an issue with anyone that works at or for Seidler Realty. They have always been very kind to me and their workers have always worked hard to fix anything that went wrong in my house, some of which was due to my own children. They are very timely with work repairs and getting someone out to the property to fix whatever is going on. It always takes so long to get something fixed and they never offer any solutions in the mean time. My a/c has been broken for almost a week it's 95 degrees in this house and they did nothing but have us wait. When they did send someone out to fix it it didn't even work for 24 hours. Now I'm still waiting for it to get fixed. And the other workers they have do everything half ass and then have to come back again because it still hasn't been fixed right.

It's too bad that Google only has 5 Stars, because Seidler Realty needs much more than that. I highly recommend Sarah and her team for your home buying or selling needs. They really make this process so easy. In my experience, I was selling my home. Being in the military and deploying alot, I had little time to live in my house and had very little time to sell it before I deployed and moved, thus forcing me to rent my house. Well my house stayed rented for 7 years because I always thought I it would be difficult to sell my house of I didnt live there. That was until my property management company recommended Sarah Seidler to me. Sarah made this process so easy. From doing the initial inspection, to hiring contractors, working with the other agents...she does it all for you. She had my house sold with in 1 month. Not only is she a realtor but she runs a property management company so she has alot of connections that most realtors don't. Hands down, Seidler Realty is what every realtor should strive to be like. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

First off, this team is awesome. I'm not too familiar when it comes to buying or selling a home but Sarah was able to explain everything in a way that I could understand. She even found some great contractors that were cheaper than the competition to renovate my house. They definitely make sure that their clients are taken care of and I cannot express how much I recommend using their services.

We had many issues with our house, unfortunately we were first time renters so we feel extremely taken advantage of with this company. Cracks in the walls with every room in the house, more than half the tile in the house is hollowed out and when we brought this to their attention they said “oh yeah the house has settlement issues but don’t worry it’s fine” termite damage and termite nests on the property but they swore up and down they did not have any (never sent out an exterminator either) the fence was breaking when we moved in and continued to break while we lived there (keep in mind we only stayed in this house for 6 months) but we notified them in January about the fence breaking (same month we moved into the house) they sent contractor after contractor and all of them showed up unannounced or just walked into my backyard like it was their house, the fence is still not fixed and their answer to that was “owners are military and live over seas, they are very hard to reach if something breaks or needs to be fixed” Another contractor came over twice after 7pm at night for fixing the cracks in the walls however we were on vacation and this could not be taken care because we were out of state. Both times the contractor had called me while sitting in our driveway asking if now is a good time to come fix everything. The attic holds a huge potential fire hazard considering their wiring was out of date and had open wire, the air ducts are being held together by duct tape but also has multiple holes in it. They did electrical work in and outside of the house with out pulling any permits with the city of Killeen. (Which I did not know about until recently) We moved out of the house June 14th 2018, I am still waiting for proof of all this damage and replaceing/ fixing broken or damaged things in the house. (We addressed we had some damage in the house while living here but was assured by Rachel that it probably would only cost $200-$300 to fix.. now they are currently tying to charge us for $1855 in total.) Carpets were old and used prior to moving in but was charged a $650 carpet replacement fee. (Even though you can tell in photos the carpets were pretty old/cheap and worn down) I tried to be nice about everything however this company doesn’t want to take anything seriously. I have asked multiple times for proof from their contractors/vendors of everything that needed to be replaced and so far it’s been over 2 weeks of the two same excussses. Rachel told me that I did not have that right to ask and they did not have to prove anything, however Sara (the owner) said she would get everything together for me. Sadly we are still waiting.. do not use this company. Ever.

Seidler realty is an awesome company. Whenever we had a maitenence request they responded extremely fast. They are all super nice and we really enjoyed renting from them. When we moved out we received most of our deposit back, which I thought was unheard of. I highly recommend this company, they take care of their renters!

It was not a good experience with this Realtor !! 1st they charge a lot for application fee and then the minute they turn you down for just a credit score and not willing to work with you on renters payment done from your past payments. They treat you like your not good enough it’s Racism and there’s no fairness. They say they are a family company but quality means more and I wouldn’t bother .. after our terrible experience.. go somewhere they will treat you better and professional.
