A bad place, I applied for more than a month in their offices to live, I was immediately asked for a deposit, I delivered it and assured me that in 10 days they would deliver the apartment to me, a long time ago and I have neither the apartment nor the Deposit, Management, the person who takes care of me every time I go, manages to make a different story.

The worst apartment complex ever!! Please do not ever rent here! 1st of all the customer service is horrible I have no idea how Travis got hired with his horrible attitude towards everyone. 2nd the maintenance is disgusting when I first got my apartment they had given me the wrong apartment my carpet was never cleaned and the walls were a disgusting mess it took one week to get that fixed. My AC is always leaking and my washer is always breaking overflowing my kitchen and soaking the carpets. No one ever answers the phones in the office and it takes for ever to get someone out for an "emergency" maintenance call. Last month I came home to an eviction notice on my door when I called for information Travis very rudely told me I had to leave in 3 days because they didn't receive my rent, after I myself went out of my way to make him look for my money order he finally found it and said it had mistakenly been deposited towards the wrong account!!!! It was like pulling teeth to even get an apology! I'm counting down the days for my lease to finish!

The office staff is amazing, I was hesitant before we moved here due to the reviews but I will say that this place deserves way more than 2 stars! We had a couple issues with our apartment that was handled swiftly and with professionalism by the staff. Everyone on their team has been kind and helpful. Thank you ladies! these apartment are extremely overpriced and they are in really bad conditions. the whole year I couldn't use the social area because it was always dirty, especially the pool, when i got there the pool was infected with a bacteria and it was green and really disgusting. it was like that for A LONG TIME then they fixed it and my two daughters were in the pool and they had to get out because one of the neighbors put their dog in the pool and my two daughters skin started itching. its so unhygienic and disgusting. and after that we couldn't get in the pool again. The trash service picked the trash whenever they wanted even though we paid for it. and there's so much stuff that i want to say but the last thing the happened that really got me heated was that the last day of my stay in the apartment, June 20, I left a check for the day July 3 and I told the office lady , Olga, several times that the check was going to be postdated for July 3, and they had the audacity to charge the check THE SAME DAY that i left it in the office, when I CLEARLY told Olga several times that the check was postdated for July 3. Overall I would NOT recommend these apartments to NOBODY, not even to my worst enemy.

Horrible place to stay they have been charging Me 120$ extra on my rent for things they said they would provide And i havent seen since my move in date my dryer Stopped working And its been 2 weeks And maintenance Still hasnt came to fix it...do not stay here

I hated it can't have my kids toys on the patio nothing ugh the staff is rude and does not care about any one their manager thinks he's better than everyone and any one they didn't listen ever our plumbing was always messed up always leaking and they never cared the air didn't work either and we informed several times no one ever sent anyone out poor service. If you hate having to fight over parking spots hahah well you have to get here at least by 5 30 so you can have a decent spot other wise you may end up parking three blocks down

This is a great apartment community for the value ! The community manager and assistant manager are great people. They respond very timely to maintenance requests and the management genuinely wants this property to be nice and not trashy . However, some of the residents are not as conscientious as management about the other tenants and property. They leave trash laying around, break glass in the parking lot and I have been FREQUENTLY disturbed and annoyed by a dog directly across the parking lot from my unit who , particularly on the weekends, gets left out on the 1st floor end unit patio ,and barks incessantly. The patio is not shaded and I worry that the poor thing has water and shade !

Horrible customer service. I tried phoning the company several times/days prior to my visit and my calls were unanswered. Upon visiting, I noticed the only rep screening calls. I stood in the waiting area 15min and not a word was uttered. Truly sorry customer service, not to mention the knats in the leasing area.

We put in a request for a new lock on the front door ,still not fixed 2 notices later, dish machine is a mold factory and hasn't worked in 3 months they haven't even looked at it, they will tow your car if you don't catch a flat tire before them. MY HOME IS NOT SECURE BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE ANOTHER LOCK. ALMOST 2 MONTHS OF THIS YOU ARE IN BREACH OF YOUR OWN CONTRACT. And this is why there is an uncontrollable amount of flies

They have not replaced my ROTTED countertop in my kitchen since I had gotten the apartment. What foolish manager wants hard earned rent when you have roaches and water bugs found in a ROTTED countertop!?! Also the next door neighbor left their kids s**** diapers and trash outside of their door. Very DISGUSTING and LAZY!!!!! To finish the parking is absolutely terrible!!!! OVERALL MEDIOCRE and so the manager!!!!!

This is the nastiest place I ever been to I stay with my friend at this place and I don’t even own my friend clean very good and he has critters crawling around but I don’t live here so I have no interest in talking to you managers

The one bedroom apartment I got is great. Everything worked in the apartment and the apartment was very clean when moving in. Mrs Castaneda was very polite and knowledgeable and helped get me in to the apartment I wanted fast and answered any questions I had along the way.

First off Travis was great.His customer service was great the three times we met.he didn't cause the issue but he couldn't fix it. My wife and I went in last week and Travis told us he didn't want us to put a deposit in until we viewed the apartment but to come the next day to speak to Todd . My wife and I came In that Saturday viewed the apartment and fell in love with it. Todd did our background check he said I had one collection for failure to hire a carpet cleaner but if I payed for it and sent him an email we would be ready to move in on Friday. My wife also had a misdemeanor for driving while license is invalid but he said that was fine they will approve it. We left told Todd thank you we will see you Friday to get keys and move in.Todd replied yes see you then just send me a copy of that bill paid by email see you guys Friday. I then emailed Todd with verification the bill was paid and asked a few questions over email but he failed to reply. I also called multiple times and left a message verifying that he got the email but no reply. Yesterday on the 11th I drove 7 hours to Waterford lakes with uhaul in Towe. Todd saw me and my wife told us Travis would help us and we were told her misdemeanor was not approved they have been waiting all week and his hands were tied. I contacted corporate Mandy and she was great but hands were still tied. My wife and I ended up having to search all day yesterday and today for an apartment and again but down 1,000 to move into an apartment. I would not rent with them unless you definitely you are 100% on financial,credit, and criminal

Rented for 2-1/2 years here. Claudia leased my unit to me, she has always been a breath of fresh air, smiling, helpful and knowledgeable about all issues for the tenant. No matter what is going on in her day..she makes time for your visit Olga always greets everyone as they walk in gets your packages and helps if Claudia is out. and Deb, your maintenance person works very hard every day picking trash up around the complex insuring the grounds are clean. She always has a smile on her face and offers help with anything we might need. I have made great friends living here and will miss seeing everyone daily that made you feel like family....our pets will also miss living here. The grounds are landscaped perfect for cats to run around and our dog made several friends!! Thank you everyone Harry and I will miss you dearly!! Best wishes to you all!! Lori .

If I could give no stars I would...This place is running scams!Do not give this place any money through the website!!!they are falsely advertising their availability they do not have any availability even remotely close to what they promise online and they also do not honor their online quotes they are falsely advertising in many ways so look out everybody because they will have you pay the excessive amount of $200 for your application and then they will be very rude when you ask them for your money back Marrisa is who I spoke with and shes very unprofessional can't even answer any questions on her own I asked to speak with the manger all I got was excuses I never got to speak with the manager all I wanted was my money back so I could continue my apartment searching but I still haven't received my refund and I was told that I won't for a month so now I get to wait and hope I get my money back everyone considering this place be very careful my suggestion just look elsewhere

Worst Apartment Complex I have rented with, although the front staff is nice from my experience I feel like I get the run around. Two weeks into moving in the AC was leaking water directly into my room at 2am, the issue was resolved half assd', my AC went out 2 months in thank god for there lead maintenance man fixing it at 10pm. And now a leak again in my daughters closet ruining ALL her belongings. The smell was horrible like mold had to call the front office for a 3Rd time just to get someone to come at least suck up all the water. And now the damage on the ceiling was covered with new popcorn ceiling the ceiling was not replaced. I have had many more issues as well as many many bugs but these are my biggest concerns, it is not a comfortable place to come home to. And the pool is always shut down don't think of it as an amenitie. I understand this is a older complex and things happen, but this complex will not accommodate you, will not renew my contract.

Editing my previous review. Things seem to have been honestly changing the past couple of weeks. I would still caution that the tow policy needs review, but my other complaints have largely been addressed. I'm honestly impressed.
