Beautiful apartments, horrible management. The manager of this place needs to reevaluate her career. We had a concern, and it was handled so inappropriately. She was rude and condescending. I would love to say I recommend this complex, but wait until there is new management.

Great,beautiful property. Just don't t r.c y to get a job there with 14 years of experience and think your gonna get more than 15 an hour. Especially since the property makes millions. Good workers aren't cheap and cheap workers aren't good.

Still loving Midway Station! I feel very safe and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. There are so many nice people here, which makes the experience even better!

I absolutely loved the apartment itself, the community is very quiet & I have no complaints there. But, moving out, the manager who’s name is Dallas threatened to DOUBLE our move out charges, because we called asking why the final price was so high, when we had a $500 deposit (which she said we didn’t, although you have to in order to move in) She is very rude, and unprofessional.

I pay $2,400 in rent at this apartment with 2 garages. They have informed me they no longer change lightbulbs in the apartments. They charge a monthly fee for bug spray that I never see them put down. The carpets weren’t changed and the walls weren’t painted according to state regulations. And I’ve recently received a letter in my door about my electric pellet stove on the porch threatening fines if it’s not removed I do not recommend staying here!!

I’ve been so pleased with everything here. They’ve been so accommodating. Something really unique about this complex is their punctuality with maintenance issues. I’ve never waited more than 6 hours for maintenance to come. It’s really amazing

If you're looking for an apartment I would recommend to keep looking. This complex and management believes in price gouging and will raise your rent so high that you will be forced to move! Thieves! Should be against the law.

Stuck here till my lease is up Cockroaches aren't very nice for the price I pay The staff is decent. The Dallas one has a bad attitide and could use a career change Other than that 3 stars is all it seems worth

Loved the apartment as soon as I moved in. Very spacious floor plans and great all around community. The front office was awesome as well as the maintenance crew! Best complex I've lived at so far!

Worst renting experience ever. They have "misplaced" two payments. Every time the office employee's try to use the "NWP Services" the computer magically crashes. After moving out they charged a full paint job when no damage was done to the walls at all. They also prorated rent for two days to a total of $178.00, then charged me for a full months worth of utilities. The billing included bogus charges like "Final Bill Fee", and "Service Fee", Sub Metering Admin Service Fee". The list goes on and on. NEVER MOVE HERE. The advertised "gated community" was a load of BS because the gate hasn't worked in over a month. LOOK ELSEWHERE PEOPLE, Gray Star Communities is looking to take every penny from you they possibly can. As incentive to stay, they offered a free carpet cleaning service, THE APARTMENT ONLY HAS CARPET IN THE BEDROOM AND CLOSET. Or two weeks rent free... Seriously? Some incentive. I hope everyone moves out of that place and it gets bulldozed.

Office staff is awesome. Very nice and professional people. Very helpful and happy to be at their job. Dallas is an awesome Assistant Manager and Midway Station is lucky to have her working there. Community parties are very fun and exciting. Never had any issues with bugs. Anyone who says anything negative about the apartment or any of the employees are out of their right mind and obviously do not know what they are talking about. Know what you are talking about before you write a negative review. Keep doing great!

I've been at Midway Station for 6 months and have never experienced such receptive, courteous, friendly service that I have here. Jessica is efficient, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Would highly recommend Midway Station.

Nice clean apartments! The pool and gym amenities are always maintained (even with dirty neighbors sometimes). The noise is alittle more annoying now with said neighbors, but management is quick to help in any way possible. Management is also good about creating events and parties to help connect with other neighbors. Get-togethers with pizza and pool parties in the summer is a great touch!

Pretty sad when you are calling out of state and NO-ONE will answer the phone or emails. So glad my daughter WONT be staying there this summer! Not a good way to run a business!
