They have HORRiBLE customer service . They have NEVER had a late payment from me and Now they are giving me the run around regarding me deposit. I moved two months ago and I called at least 5 times . Please do not Rent from these thieves , They collect they’re funds promptly but now that my deposit is due to be returned, it is a problem. Run far away from this place.

We lived in this apartment over a year. One of the most beautiful living experience we ever had. It is wide, spacious and well maintained. They always stay on the top of the service call. The people working in the office are always helpful. I had to cancel my lease because of my military order of deployment and people in the leasing office helped me and made the transition easier. If i ever come back to midland again, this place will definitely be the top of my list again.

Since we first attempted to rent here, the staff has been nothing but amazing to us. Their manners. Helpfulness. Kindness. just overall outstanding! Also, it's so peaceful, and quite here. Definitely has been a great time.

I came by today to see an apartment, When I pulled up there were three ladies standing outside smoking and appeared to be irritated when they saw me pull up. I then went into the leasing office and waited over five minutes before anyone acknowledged me and the lady that did acknowledge me was very rude and acted like I was putting her out by asking to see an apartment. I decided not to continue with a tour because if this is how they treat you when they are trying to rent you an apartment I can only imagine how bad they treat their residents.

New management is amazing. They are consistently renovating, and updating all of the facilities and units. Also maintenance has done an exceptional job. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Mesquite Terrace!

I've been here for a week. Heater doesn't work, there's a leak in the sink, and whenever I started cleaning the apartment to do the moving I found rat drops all over the apartment. I reported that the heater was not working on Monday. Nobody came to check it. In Wednesday I reported it again and they told me that they were going to send someone right away or Thursday morning. It's Saturday and I went back to ask they told me they are busy. I'm on the list but not yet. Temperatures have dropped below freezing point and I have no heater in the apartment. Good luck if you want to come and live here.

Lived here for 3 months and already want out of my lease. Dryer has been broke on 2 separate occasions. 1st time it took them 3 weeks to fix it which took them two minutes to do. They kept telling me they'd get someone out the same day I'd call and it never happened till my husband went up there and raised hell. 2nd time it took them almost 2 weeks to fix it for the same reason that it was broke the 1st time and the maintenance person was very rude. They also told us we could have a grill on our patio when we moved in and last week they fined us $60 for it. They left a notice on our door and said we needed to remove it within 48 hours and we weren't home. The day we got home we had a notice on the door with no date on either of the papers they left to inform us when they actually put them on the door. Then my husband was parked in our parking spot and was towed last night from it. It costs us $300 to get it out for parking in our spot that we pay for!!! The manager was rude and pretty much told us they can't do anything about it and we won't be reimbursed for their mistake. Don't make the same mistake by renting from these people!

These used to be nice apartments until the new ownership. They keep on adding fees for everything, every new bill there is a new charge. Trash valet is 25 (mandatory), and the trash stays outside all weekend. The playground is gone and no dog park to be seen. Other than that the new metal decorations around the apartments look good... says no tenant ever.

I have had so many problems with these apartments. Management is ok but maintenance has no problem coming into your apartment whenever they want and using your personnel stuff. I got cameras put up to document. They don't think renters have rights lol well they do. It's sad when when you have to have cameras up to protect your belongings and your pets. I have never been given notice and it's funny all owners responses are we take reviews serious. Well I do take it serious and have already contacted my lawyer and can't wait til my house is built. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent from here!

Angela with corporate housing solved our problem of finding a place for me and my 18 employees to live for up to a year while working in Midland. And, saved us up to 150000 dollars by working with us to make it as affordable as possible when we were looking at rates up to 300000 dollars. Thank you Angela and staff at Mesquite terraces.

I gave them 500 for a deposit I asked for it back because they wanted 1100 more now I have to wait 30 days for my money back and I'm not even staying there they wrong af and I'm still waiting on my damn money and I been calling them to see have it came they won't even answer the phone don't go to them

When we first moved in about 7 months ago, the AC wasn’t working. Spoke to the front office and after a week of going back and forth to the office, someone finally came out and did a band aid of a job, the ac worked for about 3 days and the same problem occurred again. This has been an on going problem with nothing but excuses and failed attempts at resolving the problem, reached out to corporate which assured us that the problem would be resolved. The following week had a maintenance guy over to repair the ac and it worked for 2 days and back to the same problem, now the condenser fins are froze over even when the heater is on and the heater won’t even heat. The community it’s self was nice and clean when we first moved in, but as of late it’s trashy and looks a little dirty, you would expect that paying $1400 a month in rent would at least grant you something of better customer service and care then what has been offered and given.

Only reason I’m leaving one star is because I have to so I can post. Absolutely the worst apartment complex I’ve ever dealt with. Offered. Deal to move in and get the rest of the month free plus $200 if next month. Got pushed back further and further each day, asking for a separate piece of information per day. Then finally after 5 days I get told the VP is on vacation and will be another 3 days which then pushed me to 3 days left of the “free” month. Went somewhere else who was able to approve me, and move me in that day. Pathetic excuses we’re giving and no rush to make up for all the excuses and get me into a room. Prices aren’t cheap in midland, this place was the cheapest but DO NOT go there. Pay a little more and go somewhere with better staff, rooms, and amenities.

The apartments are pretty. The office staff are good so far, only been here a month. Parking sucks. They now threaten to tow your car if you park on the street yet don't have enough parking to accommodate the amount of residence. Boils down to they want you to pay for parking. Other then parking they are great.

I really enjoy the layout of the apartment and the access to the 24 hour gym, however I have had a few problems with getting things fixed around the apartment. Our air conditioning had gone out on a 90 degree day so we called the front office. We were told the matter was urgent and that someone would be out to fix it that day. A week and a half later, and many phone calls and visits to the front desk, it was finally fixed. It was 90 degrees in our apartment for 10 days!!! Not to mention it took 2 months to get our dishwasher fixed. It's a lovely community, but if I'm paying rent to live here, I would expect a little more urgency in fixing things that are essential in a household.
