I'm an out of state purchaser who is pre-approved. Upon looking at the website I thought I'd call Tyler Barrandey to be my realtor. After our chat, I said I was going to email some questions to which he said he would reply back the following day. I called, left voicemails, and emailed the next two days straight with no reply. That was two weeks ago, and still no call or email back. Horrible experience.....(Also, in response to the below comment. If you review the email again, you can read that I requested a contract from him for me to sign so he can represent me as a realtor (so no free information). Also, the discount was a request, for which he simply could have said no, as that is a common talk with realtors. I have no record of a call or email from him so that is a blatant lie.

I have sold and purchased four properties with Josie Alvarez. One was extremely complicated unscrupulous residents, agents and even local government in Breckenridge, Texas. Definately this is where the twilight zone got its start. I digress, Josie had a plan for each, we discussed pros and cons and rolled with it. Josie is very proactive, dotted the I's and crossed the t's and we were on course. My first listing sold for more that any comparable house in the neighborhood in only hours. The second sale, never even put a sign out. Sold in two weeks. This is an example of it not being "what" you know but "who" you know. Hire good people who know their jobs. Let them do their jobs.
