I don’t even know why they have a phone. If you need to inquire about something you got to leave a voicemail instead of them actually answering the phone. I went to the office and there’s two of them in there, sitting in front of their desk. Like why can’t you all answer the phone like what people in the office do?? Mailbox is broken for two weeks now and have not gotten any advisory about it!! Like you all are hyped up about sending emails when there is an apartment party but something actually important like this you ignore Terrible.

Le Mirage is a great place to live. The property is beautiful, great pool, outdoor kitchen, it's a fun place to live. My apartment is really nice, I like the surround sound and high end finishes. The staff is amazing, you couldn't ask for better customer service! I highly recommend living here!

Apartment was filthy on move in. There was a mat of dry toothpaste and hair in the drawer of the bathroom. Combined with very worn carpet. Dead bugs in the sinks and on the floor. Just a real let down for the price point. I will not be converting my 3 month lease. I will also be leaving a review so the public can be warned. The website is antiquated and the staff is TOTALLY UNREACHABLE. I know it's typical in Midland to have lazy employees and rude customer service, but you guys really went under my low expectations. You are lucky I am even paying to finish this lease out because I care about my credit score.

I lived at LeMirage for over 2 years and it’s by far the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in in Midland. The complex is beautiful and strictly maintained, the maintenance crew are very friendly and thorough. The apartments are spacious, with higher end extras. The in office staff are always helpful and friendly. The complex has events often to keep the residents connected to the staff and each other, which I made many new friends that way. The management is amazing and handles everything professionally. The pool and outdoor areas are great to utilize while living there also! The only apartment complex I will ever live in Midland, TX!

We loved living at Le Mirage, they have great resident get togethers and everyone in the office is so nice. Maintenance is top notch and always friendly. Its a great place to live. We bought a house but if I had to live in an apartment again I would move back there.

Great place to live. Whenever you have a question or need something fixed its right away most of the time. All staff are very friendly, pools nice and inside of the apartments are really nice. When i moved out they gave me my refund within 3 weeks not 8 weeks like other places. I cannot say enough positive things about this Community! The apartments are creme de la creme! Hands down the best in Midland! From the warm and inviting staff to the grounds to the actual living quarters! Alicia and her staff are like family and will go above and beyond every single time! Maintenance is on top of requests before you even complete the request! This has been my home for almost 4 years and it truly saddens me to have to leave this community! Alicia you have been then best and I will truly miss you! Please pass my love and appreciation on to all of the staff at LeMirage!

Not as luxury as it seems, the appliances aren’t that great and takes me 3x in the dryer to dry a load of laundry. Pool has been closed for over a month. They say the city hasn’t inspected it yet but after weeks of the same story it’s starting to seem fishy. Edit: this account is under my maiden name and we’re in corporate housing (thankfully) so Cartus would be on your records. Yes pool is now open but as of yesterday pool heater is broken. The outdoor fireplaces smell like gas but don’t work, outdoor lights are broken around grill areas, etc. but I do appreciate the staff. Always friendly.

Just wanted to share my experience at Le Mirage apartments. I was there for one year and it was the closer thing to home coming from a big house in El Paso to these apartments the staff was so friendly and helpful Christy and Erika definitely deserve a raise they made my stay very comfortable and amazing I definitely would recommend this place to anyone friends and family I had a great time thank you ladies for being amazing!!

My fiancé and I recently moved in to Le Mirage and absolutely love everything about it. When we first moved in, there was an issue with one of the blinds in the living room and a leak in the toilet. Immediately after submitting a maintenance order they came over and fixed the issue. We recently placed another issue for our dryer because it was not drying effectively. Turns out some birds made a huge nest on the inside of the vent outside the building, clogging the air from the dryer to exit. I was amazed at how fast they fixed the problem. The maintenance team at Le Mirage is very courteous and responds to your needs at the touch of a button, straight from the app! Aside from maintenance, the ambiance is probably my favorite thing about Le Mirage. Every tenant has been very friendly and it’s great to see that we live in a safe place. I would definitely recommend living at Le Mirage, you’ll love walking down the street to Buffalo Wild Wings, Academy sports, or Albertsons. Everything is so close to us, it’s so convenient.

The staff at the Le Mirage has always been extremely friendly and has always provided the highest level of service and professionalism from the first time I walked into their office looking for a corporate apartment. It's a joy to walk in the office, each time I'm back in Midland, and visit with the team. You guys are great! One of the best things about living here is your service with accepting my packages You guys in the office should be awarded for your extra efforts I sincerely appreciate what you do for us Without you accepting my packages I would not get half of my mail and I don’t get home sometimes till late and after 10 days they would return to sender … and a lot of my mail comes from china … lol Thank you again for doing this service you really do us a convenience and I know its not that easy a lot of the time … especially during Christmas because I’ve seen the mail that comes in and I want you to know how grateful I am This is a great place to live Thank you for everything you guys do!

Le Mirage is my home away from home. The community itself is very well kept and its location is extremely convenient. But what really makes this place feel like home is the Front office staff. They actually care about their residents and listen to the community's concerns and ideas. I will forever be thankful for the Le Mirage staff here in Midland and would come back to this community in a heartbeat!

From the front desk to the cleaning of the apartments, my experience was quite unpleasant. Ladies in the front desk are generally more concerned about finding new renters than pleasing the ones they already have. They put on a very good performance when taking you around. The apartments themselves are fairly nice, however bug infested. I was contsantky battling ants and cockroaches inside my apartment. Any time I left food out within 30 minutes it would be swarmed with ants. Not to mention the nightly killing of the cockroaches, and the occasional spider. The pool is nice however often filled with bugs. The grills are a very nice touch as well as the balconies. The reason I am giving them a 2 Star vs a 1 Star is because the apartments themselves are quite nice.
