I currently live here with my boyfriend and the apartment itself is really nice and affordable for the Odessa area. The only reason I’m giving this apartment three stars is because we keep having issues with our AC unit leaking all over the counter top and floor in our bathroom and not getting cool (ac unit is in ceiling) and maintenance has came out 4 times to fix it. I’m pregnant and expecting my first child and it’s just a hassle to constantly have to deal with a hot apartment on top of the ac leaking everywhere in the bathroom. We ended up getting a tower fan that we use at night because of how hot the apartment gets.(i actually use the fan all day and plug it into whatever room I’m in) I will say the office manager Samantha is extremely caring and nice. She called after the maintenance man would fix our ac and ask if it was better. Hopefully the ac will be fixed once and for all before the baby gets here.

hay guys the owners said their going to give $500 to the best comment isint that shetting OMG and i am not going to change this comment for $500 so but i just like that everything is closer like Wal-Mart and Schools so yea but like when I came the door was broken and the dusty stairs but unless I like it a little bit
