I must say this , we bought our house as an investment property and it rented within a week or so after closing . Within that week , we had minor work done . We did a walk through with Aaron Beeman and he had a list and got the minor details fixed. Very fast and affordable. We are very blessed we got Aaron Beeman. He is very fast and very friendly . He goes beyond his job on taking care of our property. When I first called I was worried about a weekend meeting because we live out of town .
