Here you will be able to see the information of real people who are purchasing the services of Dorado Ranch (Real Estate Agency) in Texas.
As of day the business gets a rating of 4.2 stars over 5 and the score is based on 98 reviews.
As you can see its rating is very high, and it is founded on a high number of feddbacks, so we may think that the valuation is quite credible. If people have bothered to rate when they are satisfied, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to put feddbacks when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Real Estate Agency is classified in the category of Apartment building.
I have been here visiting a friend for a week now and the team here is fantastic! Very friendly maintenance and office staff. The apt I'm staying in is very well kept, its on the 1st floor and I get no noise for the upstairs neighbors. The grounds are kept up and clean. If you are looking for a clean and safe place to live, Dorado Ranch is the place.
I will save everyone the hassle of going through what I did with this Apartment Complex. I just recently moved out from living here for 3 years, spent 3 straight days cleaning the whole apartment, shampooing the carpet, cleaning the walls, etc. Long story short, they ended up charging me for literally everything I cleaned, stating it was not clean, even charged for there being a little dust on the A/C vent. Charged for carpet, which in my opinion should be replaced anyways after someone living for 3 years. I was also charged for a pet fee (never had a pet in that apartment since I lived there). If you ever live here be ready to get out your checkbook because they will charge you for every spec of dust they can find when you move out. 6” deep water entrance when just the sprinklers are on, lose mailed packages, rude management, garage that I pay $100 a month for extremely damaged before move in and they wouldn’t fix it or come down on price. The management will lie straight to your face, rather you have proof or not and will not take blame for anything that is their fault. Plus they said I couldn’t receive my move in deposit due to it being owned by another company out of the 2 or 3 management companies I had while I was there. It is a very sad excuse of a “family friendly apartment” I’d rather live in my car than stay here for free.
Absolutely horrible place to live. The management staff are never accommodating. The office phone will ring and ring through all business hours and not once will it be answered. The quality of the apartments is considerably less than what is charged. All of the mass emails that I have received from management are curtly and consistently rude. I will never recommend anyone to live here, and I will not be renewing my lease.
Great experience! Thank you Management Misty, Danny and Vicky for being so attentive!
Excellent apartment complex. New apartments and fast maintenance response. I'm glad I picked this for my family. Danny was as specially welcoming and guided me through the rental processes.
Not everyone works in the oilfield for these prices on rent i definitely do think they take advantage just like all the other apartments around west Texas and these are not even “luxury” apartments they don’t have stainless steel appliances or other things like that . They will even tow your car if it has a flat tire . Staff isn’t so great .
Everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful. I look forward to living at Dorado Ranch for a long time.
All these people are lying these people talking need to shut up there great people not rude at all they just mad because they got kicked out for for something they had no business doing..
I’ve worker in the oil fields a long time and have had to rent various apartments due to working out of town and hands down, you won’t a find a better place to lay your head. From the dude Danny up front, to the director lady Misty, or the big boss Vikki, these people take your problems serious and show nothing but the UPMOST RESPECT and seem to really care about us tenants. Plus the on staff mechanic Joshua? (Hope that’s correct) is great at what he does and the definition of Professional! I highly recommend this community!! Thank you all from 532!!!!
The staff in the office was super helpful and got us into a good apartment really quick. We've only had to call maintenance twice and both times the head of maintenance was here within minutes, and talked through exactly what was going on and fixed our problems super quick. It's a really good place to live
I just moved in after i had a bad experience with another apartment complex in the north side of Odessa. Everyone in the office is amazing! The complex is well maintained and so far im super happy with this place.
We lived in Dorado Ranch Apt for almost 5+ years, recenlty moved out of state due to job relocation. It is really a nice place to live especailly if you have family and kids. Location is very ideal and community is safe. They did some renovation lately. Very professional staff include manager. Rent is reasonable based on current market rate.
Great maintenance service! Fast response, fast repair, fixed right! Great staff!
I lived a Dorado Ranch, in 2017, and had a great experience!! The staff was very kind and helpful when I moved in and out. This is an excellent place to live and the remodel looks great. Thank you to Misty, Danny and Brad.
Vickie was very helpful and informative. She answered my many questions without complaint or attitude. I've been here 3 weeks and so far its very quiet even on the weekends. I never heard my neighbors, but very rarely here faint footsteps from upstairs. So far I'd definitely recommend a friend here.
I moved back to Odessa after being away for 38 years. Moved in 4 days and needed a place to stay. I looked online for places, apartments, rentals, extended stay suites... I wanted to be in the Eastern Quadrant because that is where my office is located. Searching the facilities on Faudree Road, the price range varied greatly. The units at most of the facilities were similar to other apartments and flats that I had lived in around the world for the past 35 years. My history with rental properties is that the facilities are generally acceptable within certain ranges of cost. What I found makes the difference is the staff and maintenance services. You want to look at the pool and pool area... is it clean, are items stowed away, is there any symmetry showing a real care for order by the staff. Is the lifestyle center clean, organized, does all the equipment work and is it damage free. Etc... So, I chose a one bedroom apartment at Dorado Ranch... the price was the most economical, the floors of the space were newly resurfaced, fresh paint throughout... I was very happy with the unit I was in. BUT, the thing that keeps me here is the personalized service of the front office and the adeptness of the maintenance personnel. Any time I have an issue with any aspect of my space or the administrative side of apartment leasing, the staff has always, without fail, been extremely courteous and efficient in resolving any issues I have experienced... which, by the way, have been very few. Move into Dorado Ranch if you have to be somewhere in a rental unit in the PetroPlex… there is no place in town that will treat you better and you will be surrounded with happy people and happy faces. I strongly recommend it... but, hey, if you choose some other place first, we'll see you at Dorado Ranch when that first lease expires!!!
Misty was so great! She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get into my apartment in the short notice that I gave her. My apartment was also SUPER clean when I moved in which made moving in so much easier.
The maintenance staff is great! Always very polite and pleasant. They fix everything in a timely manner.
Beautiful apartments with gorgeous layouts. Not many visitor spaces close by, though, and you better have your parking sticker visible or your vehicle will be towed in a heartbeat. The apartment community has a contract with a wrecker company that trolls the parking lots.
Thank you Misty will all your help moving in!! You are the best girl!
The staff (Misty, Danny, and Team) have been most helpful. We look forward to another year in this community.
Just moved in and everything is great so far! Daniel and Misty are wonderful in the office. A couple of things needed to be taken care of in the apartment, and they were taken care of right away. I just wish there were more empty parking spaces, but the property is clean and well taken care of.
The rent prices have skyrocketed here as just like many other apartments in West Texas they take advantage of the oil field and could care less about there other tenants who work jobs other than in the oil field.1575 for 686sq feet one bedroom apartments is absolutely ridiculous so after being here 3 years I will definitely be moving out ASAP also new management does not seem to care too much about the issue as this is “market value” and I should just get over it apparently. At least the last property manager acted as if she cared and spoke with me with respect and would greet me with a smile and addressed every issue that I had, I’m so disappointed with this place now and I will not recommend this apartment to anyone. I have had countless maintenance issues that took weeks to resolve such as my broken toilet that resulted in my water bills being over $180 for 6 months as the water just kept running, a molded shower head and a stopper in the tub that was clogged so instead of replacing it they just took it out completely leaving me with no stopper at all. I could go on for days but I’m absolutely disgusted with this place and will never come back
My name is Ed Washington, my wife and i have been here at Dorado Ranch for 3 years and although I was happy with the Apartments from the start, I could not be more pleased than i am now under Misty's management. She has added a touch of class to an already classy complex. maintenance and beautification seems to be a priority for her.Her Chief Maintenance man Brad is more than proficient at his job, but takes pride in being a cut above the rest. Her assistant manager Daniel is polite and courteous, but very professional in carrying out his duties. yes, the team here at Dorado Ranch are grade A. My wife and I have renewed our lease for another year with no regrets. The fitness center is the bomb and if thats not enough, the addition of the large Gazebo with gas grill and deep sink puts Dorado a cut above the rest. Then to top it all off Misty goes and gets new chairs and tables for the pool and Gazebo and then she adds new flower pots with colorful flowers to add what seems to be her own special flare. We love it here!
I went to 3 other apartments nearby... I chose Dorado because of the friendly atmosphere, bright and serene surrounding, I feel safer. I didn’t feel discriminated or disliked, something the 2 ladies in the other apartment made me feel. It is quiet here too! They just asked for my requirements and that’s it! Quick service! All of them are great! But Danny facilitated my quick entrance here as I really need it! like I inquired Thurs, I’m here Saturday! Awesome! Kudos to Danny and to al! Thank you so much! God bless you all!
This place is beautiful and clean. However, management does not live up to this apartment. They are rude and have a "it's not our problem" attitude. It states in the lease that they will consider subleasing. Don't be fooled by this. They do not allow anyone to sublease and charge over $2,000 for someone to break their lease even though they make statements such as we could "have this place leases in an hour." It's a good place to live if you don't have to interact with the office staff. However, if you do need something you probably won't get it. If I could go back in time I would never have lived here.
How much do they charger for 2bedroom
We’ve been living here for 3.5 years! Great place to live. Brad Mainteance guy always see him constantly working. Always there to fix when there’s a problem! Daniel is always busy and willing to help! Misty on the other hand is always trying to make you happy no matter what! These people work way too hard. God Bless these people...
The apartment gates were broken and left open the entire time I stayed here and $40,000 worth of property was stolen from me, and another tenant had their car stolen. For them to call that secured parking is far from the truth. Then when we moved out we left the apartment cleaner then it was when we moved in and were charged extra fees for cleaning. These apartments are poorly and dishonesty managed.
For now, I can only speak of the leasing process, management and maintenance. When looking for an apartment, I read many reviews. I basically ignore those that complain about every tenant. I look for reviews about management and maintenance, and Dorado Ranch had some pretty great reviews. I must agree with these glowing reviews! Danny was a joy to work with in the whole process. He even went after hours to the garage I leased and swept it out himself. The response time from management and maintenance is impeccable! Thank you for a great experience so far!
I have lived at Dorado Ranch Apartments for eleven years and I am probably one of the few original tenants remaining now. Sure, there have been many changes in management along the way, especially with different owners. I appreciate the apartment managers that do enforce the policies to keep the apartment complex safe and clean. The current manager, Misty, has been on top of all the updates and improvements to the complex. Her goal has been to have a high quality environment for all of the tenants. She is committed to bringing Dorado Ranch to the top of the apartment complexes in Odessa/Midland. The other office staff, member, Danny, is also very helpful and courteous when I have questions or need anything. In addition, I find that Brad resolves any maintenance issues quickly and in a professional manner. I have read some of the other reviews and disagree about some of the comments. I don't hear my neighbors and find the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing.
The staff and Management was very professional and welcoming. I had multiple questions before I rented and they answered each question spot on. It’s quiet and neighbors are respectful. Would definitely recommend
Amazing apartment community! Misty and Danny went above and beyond! Very much appreciated and inlove with our new place to call home!
The new management has raised rent so high in this complex . Lived here 4+ years recently moved out . All you see in this complex everyday is people packing up and moving because of the prices that are extremely high
Prompt ! Joshua was friendly & professional. Joshua also quickly fixed the problem. We appreciate the kindness shown by all the employees!!!
Love living here! Whenever I call the office with a maintenance request, it is always completed within a couple hours. Brad is seriously the best, can fix anything, and never fails to keep you updated. It is really great having him around. He is an incredible asset to Dorado Ranch.
The staff overall are nice and understanding. The manager, Misty, has an open door policy with residents and is easy to work with!
Place is a rip-off for what it is. Staff is horrible. Nobody here on weekends at all even thou they advertise weekend hours. Dog scat all over the yard. Place has a spider and cockroach problem. Unit I moved into the carpet was stained in many places and had worn down. Washer has made noises since moved in and they haven't done anything about it. Drier takes 3 to 4 times as normal to dry a load of clothes-again nothing from them. Every time it comes up to renew lease, up up up goes the rent. Over $300 in 2 years. No reason why other then the market is tight. Pure greed. I and my family, as others here, are stuck as the market is tight as hell. Cant wait for the 3 new complexes that are being built close to here to open-even if rent higher I'm out of here.
Great community and friendly staff.
Nice apartment complex hampered by a ridiculous gate security system that has been poorly implemented.
My sister and I have lived at Dorado Ranch for a year now and we have enjoyed the environment and layout of the complex. My sister currently attends UTPB and the drive to campus is very reasonable, it would be a great place for future students to live especially with the new Engineering building going up at Wagner Noel, it is the perfect mid-point between there and campus. The office staff has been amazing to us and carry themselves in a very professional manner. Maintenance does an outstanding job with completing work orders in a timely manner. We will be renewing our lease and continue to enjoy the complex and it’s management staff.
I have lived at the Dorado Ranch now for almost 3 years and have not had any issues. It’s comfortable place and the staff works hard to keep the property clean and up to date. Maintenance as always responded in a timely manner, and Brad will do what he can to help when there are any small issues.
Danny and Misty are great!! Great move in experience and they were able to answer all of my questions!!
Dorado has been our home for over a year and we are sad to leave. The staff has always been more than helpful and accommodating. The property has been updated in our time here and looks amazing with the new paint, and added dog park! We enjoyed living in such a quiet complex that we could call home.
I went here for information on contracting cleaning. The information she gave me was amazing I have done cleaning for different apartments but this one lady was different she gave me instructions on how and what to do. She was so patient with me and I really appreciate her.
Management is extremely rude, service orders are taken care of at a snails pace, the pool is closed when it's not supposed to be closed, the workout machines are always broken down, and worst of all we're paying out the nose. Then, every time it rains the main entrance to the complex is ALWAYS flooded to hell. Hell the entrance even floods when they simply water the grass. This is most apparent in the summer because of the incessant watering so it's like the entrance is a water park going in and out everyday. I always joke with my wife that this place should be renamed Splashtown Dorado Ranch in the summer.
Thank you for fixing the toilet in the master bathroom. So far it's not rocking back and forth anymore.
Man what can I say I needed a place to stay right at that moment due to emergency events I went by dorado ranch after looking at other apartments in the Odessa tx area... I gotta say misty Fraley made sure I was taken care of every step of the way if I can rate this place 10 stars I would they went over and beyond for me and they didn’t get no attitudes or being rude like the other places COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you dorado ranch lol
I pay almost 2000 for a one bedroom and they cant even fix the dam water problem at the entrances. Where does all this extra money go!?!?!
Services is great they fix everything in my apartment fast
Every community has its advantages and challenges, however what elevates a residential facility in this reviewer's estimation is a prompt, courteous, and professional response of the Staff to issues and concerns. Kudos to Dorado's Chief Maintenance Technician, although beyond busy with daily upkeep, seemingly always on call; nevertheless, unselfishly and cheerfully goes over and above in order to provide a successful outcome for residents. Thanks Brad, we see it!
Excellent experience. I called yesterday to ask for the parts to turn the doors around on the new refrigerator. I was told that maintenance will do that for me on Monday.
The manager placed an order to repair the AC on Saturday, and by Monday, the AC was fixed. Thanks for the prompt response.
Great clean place to live. Staff is very friendly, fast and efficient. Pool was immaculately clean!
We lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. The neighbors were always friendly and we always had good dealings with the staff. Misty, the manager, was always very helpful and friendly whenever we did have issues. I would definitely recommend Dorado Ranch to anyone looking.
Sedona Ranch which is right up the road was where my sister used to live and the place is beautiful just over priced!!!!! However I loved visiting her and using their beautiful pool and well kept property. This evening I planned on bringing my nieces to the pool here at Dorado before heading back to Dallas tomorrow and found this place to be utterly disgusting. We walked over and saw a big gathering inside the pool area with loud offensive music and about 15 people all openly drinking beer and turning up bottles of what looked like whiskey. Their language and behavior was so vulgar that we had no choice but to remove them from the area and take them back inside. As we were getting ready to leave we saw the police walking up to the pool. My sister told me she would not be renewing her lease. So much for our last night here and not being able to let the girls swim! Don’t live here unless you’re wanting to feel like you’re living in a college frat house with no rules and no order with partying, nudity, and beer bonging
I moved to Dorado ranch about 2 months ago and loving my stay so far. I will recommend this to my friends and juniors at workplace. It is peaceful, safe apt complex with quick maintenance service. Front desk people Danny and Vickie are great and Jerry( maintenance guy) is v courteous. They have always listened to my maintenance request v promptly and addressed the any issues I had. It has free carport with apt while other so called luxury apt complexes have 75 carport fee. I terminated my lease with my Faudree ranch because of maintenance issues-they never fixed many problems in the apt which were there before my move in and front desk people were not nice and despite submitting request at least 7-8 times, they turned a deaf ear to my requests( I stayed there just for 1 month). I am very happy about my decision to move in Dorado ranch and will give it 5/5 star.
When I moved into the area and stopped by Dorado Ranch to inquire about an apartment, Misty came to the rescue. She did an awesome job, making me feel like this place was the right fit for me! Thanks to Dorado Ranch, their staff and especially Misty for allowing me to become part of the family!
When my husband and I moved here four years ago we were impressed with the facilities and professionalism of the staff. While the rent was higher than any other place we've lived it was the most bang for our buck. We came from a situation where we paid half as much for a condo that was the same size as our current apartment and designed/built with higher quality materials. Since then our rent has continued to increase and since the market is booming in this area we are stuck. It's unfortunate when companies take advantage of the people who happen to live in a region of the country where the economy is at an all time high. Unfortunately, we are not reaping the benefits of this booming economy, not everyone is in the oil business. My husband and I are both in education (a valuable profession) and work hard to make ends meet. We would find a different place to live but unfortunately, as I eluded to earlier, we are stuck. If we were paying 800 to 1000 dollars a month I would say what a deal. However, we are paying over 1600 dollars a month. The work out facility is small and some of the machines don't work, the pool isn't open when it is suppose to be (I've had to tell my two year old daughter multiples times in the past two weeks that we can't go swimming because the pool is locked), I have to fight with my front door key to make it work, the carport is poorly designed, and when the staff made a mistake on our rent four years ago (they neglected to bill us for one of the fees on the original lease) they called us this year us and demanded that we take care of the fee immediately; not giving us any kind of time to come up with the money. I can't wait to finally get out of here!
The staff was very friendly and helpful thank you Misty Fraley and thank your maintenance believe his name to be Jerry thanks again.
My husband and I moved out to Odessa in January all the way from East Texas. We needed to move within a week. With all the stress, Danny and Misty made the move so easy. We have enjoyed living at Dorado Ranch. The apartment is very cozy and spacious. Management has been wonderful and extremely responsive. We love it!
We had limited time to find a new apartment, we seen Dorado Ranch had availability so we came here. Danny and Misty were amazing got us in took our applications and by the next day we were moving in. Misty is really good about calling people back if they miss your phone call. They answer any questions you have. The two maintenance people that came here were friendly and courteous. They'll wave or say "Hi" in passing. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet. You get one assigned COVERED parking spot, which we have never seen, all the other Apartments usually make you pay for it. Plus there are plenty of uncovered parking spots in case you have more than one vehicle. Overall, this community is with checking out!
Dorado Ranch was a great place to live while we were building our house. Nice, quiet and the staff was always friendly when we had questions or concerns.
I absolutely love living in these apartments. I’ve been here for a year and I can’t complain about anything. The office staff are wonderful especially Danny! They take care of any problems in a timely manner. Definitely a place I would recommend to my friends!
Misty, Danny and Brad are wonderful to deal with and very friendly. There are some problems with neighbors but it was handled quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, safe place to call home.
They are very helpful. We put in a work order request and Jerry was very fast and helpful. We have had a great experience here so far.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process. Danny was super nice to ya and was very quick to respond to any questions we had!
2nd time living at this location. Moved the first time due to price increase. The apartment has plenty of space and the room layout is good and organized making use of most if not all of its space. I’ve had a few issues here and there with my AC or water pressure. The on-site maintenance man Brad has always been very helpful and always knows his stuff. Any question or issue I’ve had was always resolved in a timely manner. I have lived in about 6 different apartments total and Brad is the most knowledgeable and gets it right the first time. My biggest issue with the place is when you turn into the apartment and 9 times out of 10 there is a huge pond size puddle. The funny thing is that it’s some other property and just runs down the drainage straight to the entrance and they won’t do anything about it.
The maintenance is amazing. They are fast at answering the calls and getting the work done.
Nice apartments and a good place to live. Staff are helpful.
I am currently looking to lease an apartment to continue my schooling and I thought I was going to find it with Dorado Ranch. I called to get some information about their units and the woman I talked to was flat out rude. She was not helpful with me asking her questions about their fees and rates. She was really quick to rush me off the phone. The place looks lovely but whoever I spoke to needs to be trained in the area of customer service.
YOUR GOING TO BE PAYING FOR A OVERPRICED APARTMENT 1350+ FOR A TINY 1 BD ! & WHEN YOU WALK OUTSIDE THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL SMELL & SEE ! DISGUSTING ONE OF THE DIRTIEST COMPLEX I EVER LIVED ! JUST MOVED IN CANT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO BE UP ! IM TIRED OF STEPPING IN DOG FECES EVERYTIME I STEP OUTSIDE !
I have to say this experience was wonderful. From start to finish!!! Misty and Vicky are so kind and so welcoming!!!! Without these two who knows where I would be!!!! Thanks so much ~Penny Valdez<
I drove 2 hours to go view these apartments and the management was RUDE! They wouldn't show me around the property nor would they let my 5 year old see the swimming pool. I wouldn't rent from them if my life depended on it!
I've lived here for 7 years. The staff is great! They are always willing to help you out and try to resolve the issues ASAP. One thing I appreciate is that they try to maintain the property clean and they make sure residents do their part.
