we moved in last month. its so peaceful here. people actually pick up after their dogs. FREE parking. im not sure about the other apartments but mine is sooo nice! clean carpet, no messy paint lines, no bugs. apartment managers are awesome, and super helpful! id recommend to anybody!

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE , I THOUGHT THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS BETTER THAN THE ONE BEFORE BUT ITS ACTUALLY WORST. I PAID THE RENT AND FOR SOME STUPID GLITCH IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH THEN THE NEXT DAY IT WAS SATURDAY ON MONDAY I GET A NOTICE TO EVICT THE APARTMENT NO CALL NO EMAIL JUST EVICT THE APARTMENT , NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT FOR ONE YEAR, OH IF YOUR SINK IS CLOGGED YOU WILL BE CHARGED 105 $ SIMPLY WORST.

I have been living here for two years it has been great the office people are amazing nice quiet neighborhood but just because the oil is booming they think everyone is oil field and raised my rent to 2600 almost 3000 dollars for an apartment I mean I would understand if they raised it a couple hundred dollars but 1600 dollars more come on so not worth paying that much for an apartment I’m sorry but I will not be renewing my lease this year....

Nothing but problems there. My dad had to move. Lost all his furniture due to bed bugs. Had to spray several times. Unless you like living in the ghetto where they don't take care of their tenants, then it's your place. That place is terrible

(Original) Malísimos, me mudé a estos apartamentos y sólo viví 1 mes,que mala decisión, el refrigerador siempre estuvo roto,la puerta no cerraba ,cuando me mudé me dijeron que a los 3 días me lo cambiaban por uno nuevo,al ver que no hacían nada hiba a la oficina y ni caso me hacian,mal trato ,que desepsion ,no se renten aqui,malísimos, no arreglan nada,sólo hay un señor de mantenimiento,tan caros que son y no le dan mantenimientos a los apartamentos.

Screwing me and my roommates out of an extra $1,900 when our lease ends and we move out next month. We've been model tenants in a 3 bedroom here for 2 years. Saying it's because we didn't give 60 days notice that we weren't re-signing the lease for a third time and failed to let us know we had to do so. And on another note maintenance messed up my bathroom with plaster dried all over the floor. My shower still doesn't work properly and has a hole in the wall. The water gets turned off at least once a week. They let people blatantly violate the rules constantly. Best to avoid this place if you can.

I lived here in a 2br for a year and a few months, mostly due to it being some what inexpensive( in midland at least) compared to other apartments. To start, all the appliances were old, the cabinets were worn down and poorly kept, and the toilets/bathtubs constantly needed repairs. The walls paint job and plastering were obviously not finished carefully and the ac underperformed( even with a brand new air filter), also having a funky smell in the vents. In addition, the washing machines and dryers constantly needed repairs and barely worked. Laura and Brittany, the apt managers, were extremely helpful and friendly. They were the only positive about Coventry Pointe. I highly suggest not living here unless you are pressed with money and willing to live in a frustrating and subpar apartment complex.

Overpriced, Heb buggys scattered all over property and they stole my security deposit! Even though I received a full walk through of my apartment at the time of my departure and leasing manager told me everything was fine. Think twice and Make a better decision than I did!!
