I called Mr. Matott about some property he had for sale, and if first impressions are anything, this man will leave a stain in your mouth. Not a pleasant individual to speak with, I can only imagine what it's like to actually do business with him. Steer clear and find an agent who will not hang up the phone on you like a 12 year old.

We have used Caleb on two real estate transactions. One fell thru. But we persevered thru. He has gone above and beyond for us. he saved us a lot on the price and got us $$$$ for a new roof. He gets things done. Him and his team kept the ball rolling all the way to closing. Sellers moved out late towards closing. Caleb hired a cleaning service to clean our new home from top to bottom for us. We are extremely happy with his service. Him and Tracey his office manager treated us like family. We recommend him if you want someone standing up for you and getting you all he can get for you. He will getter done.....
