These are old (read OLD) apartments, and with older apartments comes old plumbing, older less efficient AC/Heat units, single pane windows and old substandard insulation that will cost you more than a newer complex. Are you a mechanic? This might be a great place for you. I've seen people work on 18 wheeler tractors in the parking lot by the post office, I seen people do brake jobs and oil changes in the parking lot by Bottoms-UP, I've seen people replace bumpers, fenders and hoods in the parking lot and some of them don't even pick up their left overs when they are done. The cabinets are made from old press board and is falling apart from water/sewer/? intrusion (plumbing problems). Parking is an issue most of the time. Most people have multiple cars and think they need to have them all parked closest to their/your apt. keep in mind these "extra" cars don't move very often, if ever. I have seen cars parked with flat tire for months in the same place. This means you will need to park farther away just because management wont be bothered with this small issue. Trash debris in the alcoves and in the parking lots, yes this is West Texas, the wind blows but someone should at least try and pick up the trash that accumulates alcoves and in the parking lot. Theft and vandalism is also an issue, I have personally had my vehicle broke into once and someone shot a BB gun BB at my passenger window. I have talked with other residents who have had similar issues and management when told has the "what do you want us to do" attitude. On the upside they have had a few coats of paint spread on them to make them look nice from the in & outside and "some" of the 80's style carpet has been replaced with "wood like" vinyl flooring. So with that said, If you are low on funds, have low expectations or a mechanic, this may be a good fit for you. NOTE: 1. Please don't rent any apt. that is close to the car wash or Bottoms-Up restaurant, the noise will keep you up or wake you up. Again keep in mind these are old apartment with very old and substandard insulation, you here everything. 2. If you do rent here get an upstairs apartment, that way you have less of a chance of coming back to a flooded apartment due to your neighbors putting grease down their sinks plugging up the drain lines. Who cleans up the mess?

They decide to make up their own hours... Says 6 pm the office closes or 5pm on some days but that doesn’t mean anything. They’ll close 30 mins prior to advertised hours. Been screwed a couple of time when it comes to getting my packages delivered to the office. Christmas my mom didn’t get her present because they decided to close early. Mid you they did have special holiday hours and I was aware. Still they weren’t there. And now again yesterday decided to close up 20 mins early again. Management needs to pay attention to this. The staff is friendly! Just doesn’t work the advertised hours. And if they say they were out showing an apt, I waited until 10 after both times. So don’t tell me it takes longer than 30 mins to show an apt...

For the most part, the managing office is filled with nice women. I feel like they're not all there or are maybe just overworked. We have issues with our neighbor whom smokes non-stop. They knew we had a baby and never thought once to bring up the subject of the heavy smoker living next to us. We spoke to them and their solution was an o-zone machine. We agreed however, that did not fix our problem... the smoke going through our neighbors vents to ours and filling our whole apartment with a cloud of smoke. We can't even use our own a/c because all that will come out of the vents is smoke. We have all of our vents closed. We tried contacting the regional manager .. not once... but twice and left voicemails both times. We have yet to receive even a call back. We hate being in our own apartment due to the fact that it is just so hard to breathe. The next solution following an additional complaint was to move us into another apartment... we agreed... they never followed up on the date to move into the other apartment. The water is always being shut off for "maintenance" and there is always a problem with the water pressure. The fridge, cabinets, stove and stovetop are way past outdated. The parking is always an issue because there is not enough. We are more than ready for our contract to end to be done with this nonsense.

Worst apartment have ever seen in Odessa, been to there office 4 times to complain about stuff but they never came to fix it. Very bad service and they charge a lot when you go for enquire they tell you something different and when you move in it’s something different entirely. Can’t wait to move out

Worst place I've ever live. When you try to pay online you don't know if the payment went trough, if you try to pay again to make sure you are paying on time the website "don't let you duplicate the transaction". Even if you call to the lease office they don't know if it the payment went though. Some people that works in the office is unrespecfull even if you explain the manager the situation she doesn't care, never received an apoligize, instead she tell you excuses why the people is usrespectfull with customers. They make you pay late fees because their website doesn't work! This is the perfect example of a bad management.

I have lived here for 3 and a half years and I have definitely had some ups and downs. In my experience here is a list of pros and cons. Pros- decently priced, maintenance staff, recently added dog park (even though I don't have dog), workout room and facility. Parking is never an issue. For the most part it is quiet and don't hear lots of noise. I hardly ever hear or see my neighbors. Location is pretty good and centrally located to most things. Cons- This property has lots of water and plumbing issues. Has made me late to work couple of times bc of no water. They are always shutting water off to do maintenance. You will only have 1 option for cable and internet and that's cable one. I pay about $185.00 a month so it's extremely high. I'm not sure why we only have 1 option but that needs to change.. When I park my car under the covered parking spot the sprinklers spray water all over my car every morning so when I wash my car you can't even tell by the next day bc of all the water that gets sprayed on it. They need to water the grass and not my damn car. Fees ( valet trash fee), some of the fines for renters insurance, had an issue with a package sitting in their office for over a year and they never told me. I haven't always seen eye to eye with office staff. Current mgr. did recently help me with resolving issue so I give her credit for that. Covered parking is a little high I feel like. Here lately people that cook at the bbq grills have been leaving trash all over the place once they are finished but in fairness that's not the Apts fault that's just people being trashy. Overall it has been a 3 star experience I feel like. Once again, this is just my experience so take it for what it's worth.

When we first visited, the staff was nice and welcoming. Linda went above and beyond in helping us move in especially while we did it from out of town. After signing our lease, I was scared reading the reviews online because I wasn't sure what we had gotten ourselves into. We have been living at Brady Station for 2 months now and we LOVE it! Our area is quiet, people keep to themselves and there's a tennis court and play area for the kids to enjoy. (They are looking forward to the pool opening up once the weather permits) The gym open 24 hours is a plus. We have had to make maintenance requests 2 times and both times they have fixed the matter in a day. The location is perfect! Everything is so close to us, even work and school. Yes rent is expensive but compared to other complexes that charged the same or more, I am glad we chose Brady Station. The only drawback is the valet trash pick up fee. Sounds nice at first but there have been a couple of occasions where the trash has not been picked up. I would rather walk the trash to the dumpster myself (which we do on the weekends) and keep the $20 a month.

Don't rent here. To many stupid rules and they just keep adding more rules and they're always looking for ways to take your money. Plus the bar down the street is loud. You'll regret it later.

If I could give this rating a negative I would. This is the WORST place I’ve ever rented from. This place charges people fees that are complete bull****. If I could move out today I would. I live with my boyfriend and my sister. And we were late a day for rent because my sister paycheck didn’t go through on time and me and my boyfriend tried for 45 minutes to pay online last night and the site wouldn’t take our payments. We got a letter saying we were gonna evicted unless we pay a extra 100$. We tried to get them to reason with us to try to understand our situation and they still charged us. They are soulless people f*** this place.

I mean, with this "oil boom" prices are so jacked up everywhere, but for the price of $800 for a single bed, it was ok priced... Cassie is very helpful, she goes out of her way to help you out. She may be busy with a resident in her office, but will definitely help you out...

I would give them no damn stars if I could. The management is terrible. Customer service is terrible. Everything about these apartments is terrible. Yeah they look great right? Just wait till they start pushing on bogus charges to your bill every month. IF YOURE THINKING ABOUT MOVING IN I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT DO IT!!! Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. All around a damn joke and not worth wasting your time or money with these horrible people.

This is an awesome place to live .unfortunately we had to move due to work . But the girls in the office where always on point and very helpful. Never had an issue with apartment the Property is very pretty. I would recommend this complex to family and friends. Amber the manager has done wonders since she took over she is really awesome .

I’ve been here for 3 years and I’ve never had a problem with anybody. It’s a nice place to live in . Neighbors are friendly and always helpful. I would recommend if anybody looking for a place to live, Brady Station Apartments would be the place . You have almost every store close by for your needs. Wal mart, HEB, Fast Food Restaurants,Etc. Apartments are very Nice and big. So I would definitely recommend it to anybody who’s looking for a place to live.

I’ve called 10times no one answers phone. Finally someone answer the phone and there rude when all I wanted was a yes or no. They need to hire better people with better Attitudes. I like that there pet friendly but that’s it. Everything sucks. And there annoying and everything break so damn easy. These apartments are cheap so i don’t know why there so high in rent? 1340?? When it should be $700... nobody will last here due to employment being rude and Things breaking. If your looking for an apartment that has great and very nice employees then go look at lantana garden. They treat you with respect.

To put it simply its just the people; lot of the workers have bad attitudes, especially if they dont want to fix the problems you have with the apartment such as repairs, they come in and do a crappy job , and get even more mad when you have to call them in again because they didn't fix it right, all i can say is if you dont mind, ugly looks at the pool, gym, and paying a high pet fee and can do your own repairs it shouldn't be a problem

Management is horrible never answers the phone. And if they can change you more than once they will and keep you money and Not credit you just change you again. And it's like pulling teeth to get something fixed.

Stayed two years never again. New manager cknstantly, no mailbox for 6 months forced to pay for a post office box, water heater blew up in the middle of the night inside my bedroom, manager wanted to charge my insurance but couldn't because they lost my policy. They do not care for their tenants

I have lived here for 3 years and I love it. I enjoy the greenery and tall, shady trees in front on my home. It’s definitely a pet friendly place. I can even take my dog to visit the leasing office. The maintenance guys are great. They get to my work orders on the same day and if they can’t, the managers call me to let me know what’s going on and keeps me posted. It’s my home away from home.

This place is full of liars they promise you things and unless it's in writing do not take their word for it. The staff is extremely rude and I've lived in rented apartment almost 15 years of my like and I'm 21 and these people are the worst. I went in and specifically told them if you guys don't have a washer and dryer in the apartment do not bother even showing me anything and they said they do have them. I gave them my deposit and other fees which was about $700 and the day we were suppose to sign the lease and get the keys there was no W/D in the apartment. I did not sign the lease because the lady kept saying we had connection for W/D not the actual thing and I kid you not if I would of heard the word CONNECTION i would of never game them a deposit or any of the other fees. They lied to me and took $700 of my hard earned money. The biggest scums on the planet right here. Not to mention the carpet had black stains and the apartment was dirty to the point there were flies all over the apartment and keep in mind that was the day I was suppose to move in. If that is how they do business I would rather pay $1400 to someone else.

Dont bother wasting your money here they over charge for terrible apartments if you want your water shut off every other week for emergency leaks that they can't even fix. Managment is extremely rude dont care about your concerns. Please dont waste your money here. The only curtious employee is Linda thank you for being the most understanding

Since moving here a month ago we have had no problems! They just repainted which is nice. We had a problem with a neighbor and the manager had it taken care of right away! Have not had any problems with noise. I am very pleased with our new place. Thanks Amber!
