I just moved in and it already feels like home. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is so helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a little oasis in West Texas!

Cara Valencia

Staff is always very friendly and the complex is nicely presented. However, I haven't had a working dryer in almost a month, and because it's under warranty I have to wait for whirlpool to fix it, pretty disappointed that for the amount of money we pay to live here and we don't have a working dryer.

Michael Amaro

Staff is always cheerful and friendly. They respond quickly to my requests and the maintenance requests are responded to promptly as well. One morning the staff members were standing outside the front gates in the cold handing out breakfast items and even had my favorite drink, orange juice.

Romeo Garza

At first I wasn't I wasn't approved for the minimum deposit. But Ashley took the time to look into my application and found errors that corrected my application. She saved me a ton by taking a few extra minutes to help a future resident. Thank you Ashley for your above and beyond work. I look forward to moving in soon

Jonathan Leon

I've lived here for about a year and have loved it. I have never had a problem with anybody else in the community and the ladies in the office are amazing. I've need maintenance once and by the next day it was complete. I really cannot thank the office staff enough for how easy and wonderful they've made my experience here.

Dan Johnson

Stay away. They won’t approve you unless you make 3x rent. Charged me an application fee and then told me no right away.

Jonathan Orenday

The best apartments out there.

Maxwell Kimmel

First, I normally don't write reviews. However, I'm a huge fan of this place. I've lived in a LOT of apartments across the country. (Prior US Air Force). This place is my favorite. By far. Here's why: 1) The Maintenance Crew works hard to keep this place looking luxurious and running smooth. Maintenance requests are super responsive and you can even do 'em through your phone. One time they even ran out into a hailstorm to help me out when I lost my garage clicker! And if you're Jeep leaks like mine does, definitely get a garage. They also have covered parking options available for your long-bed, four door work trucks. 2) The Admin staff here is spectacular. They are well trained, dignified and they take care of their residents like true professionals. From showing me my place, to helping me with my paperwork, and setting up my apps for easy automatic bills payments - I can objectively report that this place has my back. They even tolerate my lame jokes when I'm using their corporate style office center. We combat veterans have trouble staying in one spot for too long. But about 3 months into my lease I noticed I started calling this place "my home". I haven't done that in a very long time. The reason: the people who work here.

Apartments are nice but little things like the door handles come off and drop to the floor because they weren't installed correctly. Also, the towel handle in the restrooms fall off because they weren't installed correctly if a towel is hanging on it.Our downstairs neighbors complain CONSTANTLY even if it's not quiet hours and management takes their side without talking to us. MANAGAMENT is bullshit.

Colin Basquette

Definitely a great place to live if you are looking for a nice apartments at a decent price. The office staff is very helpful and kind. They make you feel like you belong. They were willing to give a tour of the complex and a few of their show apartments. They are quick to fix any issues within the day usually. My only complaint is that the neighbors I have tend to be relatively loud through most of the day and the parking is a little tight and limited but I can usually find a decent spot not to far from my own apartment.

Sean Scott

People, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I recently moved to this area for work and leased an apartment here while my wife and I look for a house. During the talks with the staff, they will tell you about it being a "gated community". Well, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. the gates are wide open allowing any and everybody to come into the complex. So, needless to say, areas such as the pool that should be exclusive to residents, is not. This also causes an issue with parking within the complex. Now, parking is laughable at best. When you lease an apartment here, no spot comes with the lease. That is extra. Not really that big of an issue but when they assign you a spot, it will be nowhere near your actual building. And, if you request one closer, they will tell you that there are none available. The spots outside of my building were unoccupied for over a month and I requested one on 4 separate occasions and was told they were already rented out. Then, new residents moved in and they receive the spots I had requested for over a month. There are also unassigned spots here that are intended for guests of residents that are never open because residents themselves park in them. Which works out great for them because they don't have to pay for parking. Andalucia Villa, along with every other Weidner property, has a contract with ARS towing company that will come through in the middle of the night and tow your vehicle away. Even if you have a resident sticker on the windshield of your vehicle. This will cost you $300.00 to recover your vehicle from the impound lot. I came home from work one night at 11:30 p.m. and had to be back at work 4:30 a.m. the following morning. My fob that opens my garage did not work for some reason so I parked in a spot that I knew was never occupied knowing that I wouldn't be in it for long and at a very odd time of the night. When I got up to leave at 4 a.m. my truck was gone. But, I wasn't alone. That night, 26 other vehicles were towed. So, do the math. 27 vehicles at $300 a pop is a lot of money so those vultures are in here all of the time. Tried to discuss this with the owner of the property and her response was she "can't be bothered with unimportant matters such as that on her Saturday". Not really the level of customer service you expect from someone in her position. The only thing positive I have to say about this place is the staff in the office is nice and the maintenance guys are willing to help if you need them. For their sake, and the residents of this complex's sake, I wish the management was better.

Nathanael King

I had a two bedroom. Had cockroachs for the first 3 months did everything I could, cleaned sprayed.. you name it is did and complained every day to the management and had work orders put in. Also parking is crap, you have to spend money on assigned parking because there is never a free parking space. Also don't ask for 3 spots, that you finally break down and willing to pay for the Manger stormy won't have it. Also ARS the towing company must have some sort of partnership, because you park for 10 mins to run groceries in and find your car gone.. because again no avaliable parking anywhere except for the spot you pastured for which is still a long distance two buildings down. Also yea they look nice the maintenence guys are professional and quick, but either my upstairs neighbors are wild buffalo, or you can hear everything. Lastly but never the least, as I am moving out and going back to clean the apartment I find scorpions..that's right scorpions. Talked to a friend who lives here on the other side of the complex, and he said his wife wasaid stung just 3 days ago. He said he had called and they told him the pest control will be out on Tuesday but use a shoe or some spray in the meantime.. he has a baby at home and there are scorpions. Hate to say it, might be new, looks nice, place sucks especially what you are paying put here for rent.

Myrna Bosques

They don’t give you the deposit back. From $1,039 they just returned $200, Overcharging on other stuff. No parking, friends get tow.....I would not recommend it.

Mohammed Qureshi

I have been living in West Texas for almost 10 years including Lubbock, Odessa and Midland all of which were spent in various apartment complexes and unfortunately Andulicia Villas was the worst experience I have had. I had problems at almost every level during my time here. When I first moved in, the front office confused my move in date and told me my apartment was not available when I arrived for move in with all my belongings! They had to give me a different unit that was filthy and had not had a proper move out clean done. While in the unit my fridge broke down 3 times, my toilet broke down once, i had various leaks in my roof. On three occasions, water was dripping down the walls causing extensive water damage in the bathroom. The overall quality of the apartment was poor. Fixtures would break easily, there were holes in the walls in the bathroom that were not fixed until I had to make a maintenance request. The property was very noisy as well. I was told this was a new property and was shown a new unit when I came to see the property but the unit I was eventually given already had extensive wear and tear. Very disappointed customer.

Jamie Pfeiffer

Everything is constantly falling apart or breaking in our apartment. Parking lot is too small no extra parking for company. Neighbors are always so loud working on their cars in the garages. People have dogs and don’t keep them on their leashes. In the summertime people who don’t live here use the pool. It’s supposed to be a gated community but the gate is perpetually broken.

Horrible service

Katelynn Sikorski

Beautiful amenities, granite in the apartments, and top notch maintenance and customer service staff.

ryun Martz

I do not like the treatment they give in the condo office, especially a senior lady who treats very badly the people who live here but I must say that I have no complaint about the new girls who work in the office

This place is AWFUL! The only reason why I moved into this Complex is because my Fiancé lives here and he dislikes this place as well and he has already made a complaint about this apartment complex as well. We have our apartment right beside the pool and we can hear everything! Today on 2/18/17, there was yet another party outside and they started around 2pm and it is now past 10:30pm and they are still being so loud; they are shouting, screaming, laughing very loudly and clapping obnoxiously. At 11:50pm, a few of them were still out there and being loud. I finally gave the Night Manager a call about the noise and apparently he MOVED and cannot help me. THANKS FOR THE NOTICE ANDALUCIA! I was forced to call the police to have the remaining drunk people removed from the pool area. The pool area has a lot of drunk parties and the people here are so discourteous. Someone is also playing loud bass music and I can hear a guy shouting usually over a football game- we can hear it in our bathroom and bedroom. People stomp and slam their doors and it echos everywhere. Every morning for the past week, I can hear a dog barking very loudly out near the pool area at around 7 or 8am and it has been waking me up. Every 2 or 3 times a month we have to call the maintenance guy and have him fix something. The apartment was cheaply built. The draining system in our apartment is a little slow and has plugged up more than once. The bath/shower handle has snapped off more than once. The doors in my apartment has little nubs to lock the doors and they do not lock properly. The electric outlets are really hard to plug stuff into them and I have gotten zapped a few times because I had to force stuff in. The electrical light switches sometimes sparks off a little electricity and I have been shocked by those as well. On the edge of the carpet where it meets the wood floor, I can feel the staples at the edge of this cheap ass carpet. You can't place sink drainer clog cleaner down the drains because the apartment complex says you can't and so our sink sometimes stinks. One side of the our bedroom closest railing was not properly placed on the wall and when I placed stuff on it- heavy stuff- the railing nearly broke and my things fell on me. I had to replace the railing correctly back on Wall so that hopefully doesn't happen again. The gates are always broken, and when they are not, our clickers to get into the complex parking lot never seems to function right. The batteries has been replaced on both mine and my fiancé's and my fiancé's clicker does not work at all anymore. We keep getting other people's mail in our mailbox and I don't even bother trying to turn it into the office or send it back because it'll just come back into our box. Children leave their bikes in the middle of the walkways and the parking options is terrible; they're no parking spots- at all and I was forced to pay for a garage. The parking lot is too small to drive through without nearly hitting someone. You have to watch where you step outside because owners will not pick up their animals droppings. This place is not worth the price we are paying. My fiancé and I are seriously thinking about breaking the lease.

Brenda Torres

Beautiful property, horrible customer service. They are open on saturdays but they only have one person available which is always out in property. Parking is ridiculous and getting a guest parking pass on the weekend is impossible. The lady at the front desk is really rude and I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else. I lived in other gated communities and they were thankfully nicer to me than this one.

Anthony Villarreal

Don't want to waste more time on this place other than to say dont live here!!!!! You will regret it!!!! You can put sprinkles on a turd and call it candy, but we all know its still a turd.

Arturo Tovar

Went to visit these apartments. They are overpriced. Lots cosmetic damage on the outside of the buildings. Dog Poop everywhere. Cheaply made. Floor plans are nice, and so is the pool area.

Kristin L.

There are 50-75 open parking spots for all 402 apartment units at the Andalucia Villas. The complex was designed this way intentionally to force residents to pay an extra $25-$100 every month for covered parking or a garage (because if you cannot find a spot and park in reserved parking, a contract is on file between Andalucia and ARS Towing and you will be towed at your expense. And it's $300.) Even if you do purchase reserved parking, your guests will not have anywhere to park. Whenever my neighbors have guests over, their guests have to park at the Stripes gas station and walk to the Andalucia. This poor layout and set-up by Weidner Properties is reason enough for 1-star.

Pros : The apartment is very comfortable . The maintenance personnel are pleasent as well as the staff. Cons: Very expensive You donot have any SECURITY here, if something happens as happened to me in the building where I live the answer will be I am so sorry. The gate are wide open allowing everybody to come into the complex and it is supposed a Gated community. The stairs are very very dirty, when I say dirty is DIRTY. The parking lot is ridiculous , it is a war to take one if you can find it, and you can not have visitors because they do not have space to park their cars. The Carport, if you are a lucky person you can get one close to your apartment, in many cases you are living in Building A and get an spot in Building D.

I moved in a week ago and i already regret it. I have had to call maintenance to my apartment five times. I pay more than what this place is worth. Like others said. Built very cheaply and very quickly. On the outside everything looks great and when you walk through you are impressed. But once you settle in you see how terrible this place is. I can hear my neighbors constantly. Someone in my building places loud music with bass all night long. There are ALWAYS drunk people at the pool being loud. And the management does nothing. Dont even get me started about the parking. In a 402 unit complex there about 35 free spaces. The rest you have to pay for. They say all the carports are taken yet every single day and night the same ones are empty. But then they give the excuse "oh people are traveling, people are on on the oil fields" its bullshit. The only reason why they are full so you are forced to buy a garage at a higher price. If i could give this place zero stars i would. Dont live here.

Ben K

The complex is nice, though pricey. The parking situation (virtually no public parking) and the other assorted fees they tack on are kinda annoying. They were very fair with my damage deposit, which was refreshing.

Michelle Woodruff

I absolutely love living here!! Its pricey but well worth it. No matter where it is in the permian basin rent can be expensive at times. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help with anything they can.

Kimberley Smith

This is my second time staying at these apartments in the past year and a half. I really enjoy staying here. All of ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. It’s quiet at night and I feel safe here. I have only had to put in a couple maintenance request for minor things such as a broken blind, and they took care of those issues the very next day. I will probably stay here for as long as I am in the area

Shannon Roman

Absolutely one of the worst apartment living experiences of my life!!!! Aesthetically the apartments are beautiful but there are so many unforeseen things that make this place a total disaster. There is no parking, there are so many unsavory tenants, there is no amount of pest control to even begin to handle the situation there and if anyone lives above you, it may as well be a herd of buffalo. During my stay, which was not long I encountered roaches, scorpions, tarantulas, wolf spiders, and countless other rodents and things that crawl, I had a drug addict neighbor who puked in my doorway, the family that lived above me constantly used my balcony to toss their cigarette butts, and I was a victim of a stalker in which I had to get the U.S. Marshall's office involved and the complex doesn't like to honor any verbal agreements. These apartments are entirely too pricey for this much trouble!!!

Sunny Hinton

I have lived in the area all of my life and much of it I have spent in a home, so I was extremely vague on apartment living. When deciding on a property I did all of my research online. The price, availability, and convenience to local eating and shopping determined that Andalucia Villas was the complex for me. The staff have been incredably helpful and informative. The apartment was avalible for move in with in the week and from what I understand, "that NEVER happens in Odessa." The complex is absolutely beautiful. The pool is always very relaxing and the splash pad for the kids is so awesome. I feel like we have our very own waterpark in our back yard. I have had family and friends over to my home and they just love all the outdoor activities. We have played on the putting green and enjoyed the outdoor pergola's for Bar-B-Q's! Last week my son found a hide treasure ........... I couldn't get him out of the outdoor hammocks!!!!! I can't wait until this weekend when we are all going to play horseshoes and life size chess! This has made the horrible west Texas heat so bearable during the summer! I was happy to see that the unit came with a front loading washer and dryer. The biggest plus for me has to be that the local school bus that drops the kids off directly in front of the complex. It makes my life so easy!!!! Thank you Jesus for the little things!!!! I love that all my packages are delivered directly to the front office and have to be signed for by the resident. I have not had that experience elsewhere. The evenings by the pool are like being at a private resort. The lighting and water features help to forget that I live in the armpit of Texas. They have a ton of community actives during the year!!! Weekend pool parties and community mingles are just another way they try to make you feel like a family here. I was concerned about having a third floor apartment when first renting here but let me tell you I have only lived here for two months and my butt looks amazing!!!!! BONUS! The 24 hour gym is a life saver for my crazy hectic schedule. Living here has helped improve my overall health and physical activity. I never would have believed I could say that about an apartment but just the little changes like the stairs and available activities make it easier for me to stay relaxed and healthy. I would personally like to thank Ashlea Zugg for all of her hard work and caring attitude! I have been truly impressed by all of the Andalucia Staff including the maintenance staff that work so hard constantly to keep the grounds so very beautiful!

A GREAT place to live ! But parking is really bad !

We came into see these and couldnt have been more pleased to see RAYDEAN at the front she was in the office at our old property and basically did all of the manager work. They couldnt more luckky to have an employee like her!!

great looking place, but not the best experience. this place is very noisy and i happen to live here and deal with construction. ive never lived in an apartment before and this one is okay. i listen to men argue outside and just got done listening to the upstairs neighbor throw them selves around up stairs (maybe there's children) the workers are also nice people

Adriana Perez

There is always dog s*** on my walkway outside my apartment and I have no animals, AC is constantly shutting off because it won’t drain, faucets leak and sprayer doesn’t work on kitchen sink. Have made request to have fixed but been ignored or they come and do a half a** job to fix it. Not what you would expect when your paying $1800+ a month for a two bedroom apartment. The maintenance crew does respond quickly I will say but they are far from experts at what they do.

Lee Busse

Fantastic place to live, office staff are wonderful and always a pleasure to deal with.

Gave a deposit to transfer to a larger unit after our one year lease was up, but never received paperwork because we were told we would be called back. Called them several times but never reached anything but voicemail. Finally got to them two days ago and was told that one of the leasing agents was working on our move in paperwork, but was out of the office and would have to contact us the following day (yesterday). Yesterday when we received the paperwork, they had went up $139 from what they had originally quoted us. So we contact them telling them we do not want the apartment anymore and that we need our deposit back. They tell us today that because we waited until the day before move out to cancel, that they were keeping the deposit. We explained to them that they waited 2 days before move out to give us the move in fees, and that it was on them. Then they say they sent us an email on December 23 with the paperwork that they gave us in person yesterday.... So we have received all emails from them except for this move in packet that was supposedly sent two weeks ago, yet the leasing agent who was out of the office on Tuesday was still working on it.... Does not add up. The apartments are nicer which is why we chose to stay, but we will never recommend them for the fact that this is the second deposit they have done this to us with, and the only reason we decided to move in was because of the newness of the apartment. But hands down, the worst experience... As even non-residents know, the parking is a joke. Towing is an every day occurrence due to the lack of parking here, and the residents speed through the small parking lot and are very aggressive. Do not rent here... Don't let the looks fool you. Also, there is dog poop smoothed into the grass all throughout the apartments and is never cleaned up.

I just moved in, and already regret it, I signed a year lease, on the 3rd floor, I should've never done it, the manager is so freaking rude, she talks to you like your an idiot, and makes you feel be littled, she basically told me how many guests I could have at one time, and said it's due to parking. Well by my understanding the whole 20 blue spots for over 400 units, is the company's problem, they should have added more parking, if anybody asks me to live here, im gonna say if you wanna pay alot of money to be treated like an idiot, and also make sure you don't have a big family or going through a divorce and need company, because most of the time your gonna have to be alone because weidner decided to only give 20 parking spaces to have friends over or family, I swear I absolutely hate this place it's ridiculous all the good looks for nothing cause the parking and the manager ruin it!!!! As soon as I make enough to pay to break the lease thats what Im doing!

Maintenance crew is awesome. When the air conditioning unit to my apartment gave up. They replaced the unit immediately. I am really thankful for their support.

I don’t even live here, but I nanny for a couple who does so I’m at their apartment 7 days a week from 5am-5pm. I have no place to park, I have to park in their garage after they leave and move my car back out after they come home so they can park and it’s very inconvenient. Why do non-residents get towed for parking in the spaces intended for non-residents? Doesn’t make any sense and it frustrates me to no end. Where are guests supposed to park??? Not very smart thinking on the company’s end. The people in the office are rude. The walls are incredibly thin and I can hear everything the neighbors are doing. Toilet and bath tub clog constantly. There’s a bug problem maintence can’t seem to fix. People in the office rarely answer the phone. Definitely not worth the price at all and I can’t wait til my employers move to another apartment so I don’t have to deal with this anymore. They hate this complex as much as I do.

Hands down, WORSE place to live in Odessa, Texas. Dean Weidner has gotten in WAY over his head with this one.

Jonathan Nieto

I lived here for 9 months with 3 other roommates in a 2 bedroom floor plan. Now the space was fine, but when we initially came on the first day, they moved us last minute to a different unit. The carpet had a huge black stain at the enterence and at the end of the lease, we had to pay to get it replaced even though it was already black. Never really knew my neighbors, all of them kept to themselves. Parking was cramped and the "free" spots were basically assigned. Maintenance was awesome and quick. The scenery was also nice. Overall I enjoyed living there, but what really brought down the rating was how customers are robbed once they're moving out.

Becky Flores

Staff is very Professional and Friendly. They make you feel welcomed just like Home. I like it here.

joel a

I was told I would get a month's free rent for leaving a review, lol jk. Honestly, been here almost 2 years and no issues. The ladies in the office are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance reacts in a timely manner and no noise complaints. The only thing they can fix is the parking layout, too many overhead parking and not enough guest parking. I've had to pick up friends at the mall or wall mart, because I couldn't find anything here. Other than that, great place to live.

Brody McMurrian

Literally zero open parking at night (which is when I get home from work) I have to park at the stripes convenience store next to the complex where my vehicle has already been broken into to. I tried to park under covered parking during my lunch hour (when not a single spot is taken) and I am told rudely that I need to move my vehicle or they will have it towed. It’s like they want to tow your vehicle. Not to mention I’m paying to $2,000 for a tiny non-updated 2 bedroom and the upstairs neighbors are constantly stomping and waking us up at all hours of the night. I’m essentially stuck here paying way too much in this crazy market.

BTR

There’s an old saying “looks can be deceiving” and Andalusia Villas far exceeds that statement. My wife and we’re housed here on a corporate lease for 2 months and from the moment we arrived we were disappointed in the facility. For starters, if your thinking you will have plenty of parking; think again. There are assigned spots to each apartment and additional spots available upon request but with so many corporate leases coming and going dont be surprised to find notes on your vehicle or other residents parking in “your” spot. This happened more than once finally resulting me having to call a towing company to have the person in my spot removed. The front office was of no help on these issues and refused to give any assistance other than “you need to call your leasing company”. I find it very difficult to believe that management doesn’t know what spots are assigned to corporate lesses and what ones are assigned to individuals off the street when they themselves can issue available spots to any resident who has a lease. The apartments themselfs appear to be nice, but soon after checking in we started to notice the problems. The supply air registers were very noisy and I actually had to remove one because of the high pitch whistling noise it was making. Upon removing it I found a spring loaded damper that was closed and had to rig it open it eliminate the noise. Next was the kitchen faucet being install backwards.......yep, you heard correct. Hot was on the right, cold was on the left. I also found metal drilling shavings all over and imbedded in the carpet. Even after vacuuming and going over it on my hands and knees I was still finding jagged pieces of metal weeks later. Much like any apartment facility your going to have to deal with tenants above you who bang their feet or slam doors. No exceptions here. The tenant above us was a Clydesdale! I could go on and on about other issues such as the leaking gutters, food stains on the walls outside our apartment, how the fountains are either overflowing or don’t have enough water, or the condom I found outside our apartment. Don’t believe me? Check out my pictures posted. In closing, pick somewhere else if you have to stay in Odessa. If that isn’t enough to convince you, when the power went out one evening because of a drunk driver knocking down a utility pole, none of the emergency lights in the hallways worked. They could have had a law suit on their hands if someone decided to be more litigious. P.S. Adalucia Villas, I’m the one who called the fire marshal on you for that. Good luck fixing everything you should have already been maintaining.

Monica Shell

Lived here for 2 years. Good apartments with good amenities. No parking ever. Only gave 2 stars because extremely rude leasing agent Ashlea. Wouldn’t move back because of her. Laci is awesome. Only deal with her if you can.

Guys, if you're okay living in an apartment that has scorpions around indoors and outdoors, then this is the place..! Recently, I've reserved an apartment at this place thinking it would be a decent place to live. Fortunately, a tenant at this place bought this issue into my attention. I've asked management to refund my deposit for the same reason and the management declined. They told me that the pest control wil take care of it before I move in. But do you guys think that I wil take that risk...?? The answer is NO..

Pluses: 1. Beautiful grounds - immaculate lawns, great landscaping, etc., just as described on their website. 2. Friendly, responsive, professional staff. Apartment itself about a 7 on a 1-10 upscale place scale - roomy, clean, and fresh upon move-in; nice high ceilings with hood lighting and nice finishes, though the kitchen is done in black, not stainless steel. 3. Good quality washer/dryer units (we had our own laundry room; not sure whether every unit does). 4. Great a/c - a must out here. Downsides to apt itself: 1. There was a lot of noise from upstairs when we first moved in - heavy footsteps, thudding, etc. Not an issue since the tenant there changed, but it shows that acoustics/insulation could be better. 2. Noise from below as well each time the garage door there opened or closed. Not a huge nuisance, about what you'd hear in a house. 3. The blinds are good quality, but they do. Not. Keep. The light from the street lamps out at night. If you're used to a properly dark bedroom, make sure you discuss installing drapery hardware on your own before you sign a lease. There aren't any preexisting curtain rods. Downsides to the grounds: 1. Expect lots of dog poop on some lawns: the complex allows dogs - which is great (of course for an extra deposit and monthly rent) - and has incorporated both a nice, fenced-in dog run, as well as doggie poop bag/disposal bin stations everywhere. Unfortunately, many of the dog owners don't use them, and in the time I've been here I've seen the staff restock doggie bags only twice, and only on about 20% of the dispensers. The landscaping guys mow right over a lot of the dog poop, especially in the dog run, so... if you're a dog owner, make sure you're checking what your pup is stepping over.... 2. It's a gated community, but the gate has been broken (doesn't close) for over a month now. There's also been a partially knocked over faux palm tree at the entrance for about as long - wouldn't be a biggie, except it leaves rubber skidmarks on entering tall vehicles' roofs (how hard can that be to fix...?) 3. Allotted parking can be scarce: for a monthly fee, you can purchase a covered spot or a garage, but it may be a walk from your apartment, and the spaces are rather small. This is West Texas, where 70%+ of vehicles are full-size trucks, so good parking skills a must... 4. The early-lease-termination terms and fees are pretty draconian. Just make sure you're fully aware of the lease provisions if there's a chance you might have to leave before the lease term is up. It is what it is, and the owners of the complex are well within their legal rights to dictate these terms, just make sure you're OK with them before you sign the lease. Other comments: Whaven't used the clubhouse or the gym here, but the pool looks nice and clean and the poolside nicely furnished. Overall, still the nicest place in Odessa. Good, friendly neighbors overall, and pleasant staff. We were happy here.

Live there now. Can't wait to move out. Looks good inside and out but they were thrown up quick and cheaply. Can hear every little noise neighbors make. Hardly any hot water. Just wouldn't recommend it. Parking is absolutely ridiculous. I've been waiting for a spot since I moved in. They have tow trucks cone in nightly and remove non residents so don't expect to have company past ten or so. Our ceiling sounds like it's about to collapse. Can't wait to move out. NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL!

We lived here from July 2013 to May 2015 and I loved it! Great place to live, it was brand new and very nice and the only complaint was the parking situation, we had to pay for a garage and a carport in addition to our rent.

I have been here for 7 months and just re-upped for 12 more, so that begins to tell you how I feel about the Andalucia apartments. More importantly, the positive energy and always smiling faces of the best office staff in Texas (Raydean, Ashlea, Lacy and Stormie) pretty much cemented the 5 star review! Life is what you make it !

Currently living here as of 8-31-16 and have had a much better experience here than the past couple of apartment I've lived in in the area. I'll start off with sharing my positive experiences here, comparing them to previous experience, then finish off with a list of things that may not appeal to me. I stay on the 3rd floor as I never had a top floor apartment and it's great not hearing someone walk around above you. I give the same courtesy to my downstairs neighbor by maintaining ninja like stealth any time I need to walk around the apartment. The room I moved into was fairly dusty when I moved in and appeared to have been vacant for some time. Either that or the previous resident didn't believe in dusting. There weren't any areas that were in need of repair when I moved in and I have yet to call maintenance for any issues after being here 8ish months. I enjoy living in my first gated apartment as it is relatively quiet and I haven't had to deal with any loud tejano music at odd hours as being latino I understand how much of a pain in the rear we can be when it comes to being ignorant of noise levels when we play music. Being in a gated apartment has also help me practice climbing walls in the event trump gets elected and just decides to deport every beaner, American or otherwise. I've learned it is indeed a great workout (workout video coming soon). Most people here are respectful and a couple times during the winter I've seen people helping others push their cars when they got stuck in the ice. So, kindness may be dead in parts of the world but not here. The staff here is always friendly and I always wave or say hi anytime I pass any of them. I have had the maintenance come and help me sync my garage to my clicker and fix the door when it broke and wouldn't open. At times they can be relatively busy but always greet with a smile and have done their best to answer all my ridiculous questions as I have more questions about everything than a child sometimes. Anytime I have ordered something online, the staff is always good about leaving a note. I have a small washer and dryer that work great and have yet to have any problems with them. That's about my experience thus far and I would like to continue to stay here. Hopefully, my rent won't skyrocket when I try to renew since the economy is down anyway I may be in luck. As for things I would like improve let's git'r done: -parking is definitely very limited. There isn't a way for them to really improve this as this should have been thought of prior to having the complex build. This just happens to be a quick build apartment which in turn is why there were so few parking spaces. Charge for parking and increase profit. It's simple business and not much can be done at this point. Although most people don't like it, I would have to say I have enjoy it for a couple reason. Limited parking means there are less likely to be people having parties. I like my place of residence to be somewhere that I can relax and unwind from a long work week that is peaceful and quiet like when you hold someone underwater, the bubbles go away, and the thrashing stops. Downside is the walls are thin and tubs are small so drowning someone in your tub is out the window. Luckily for me I have a garage, so when it comes to parking, I always have a spot. The important thing to remember about getting the garage you want here is timing. You cannot under any circumstance reserve a parking. Luckily my ability to play video games for days on end without sleep has helped me in this endeavor, regardless of what my teacher said about me amounting to nothing if all I did was play games. I was not only able to get a garage but when a better garage was opening up, that had a driveway, I was able to get that also. I did, however, give up my first garage since I got a better location. Now I can park in my garage and have a guest over and park in her garage, giggity. So, having a garage made life here beautiful. Also ran out of space to type

Horrible pace to live. Very expensive , dirty place , very impolite staff and administration. I have live there for 18 months and all they care is about your money. There is a serious garbage and problem, I have to deal with rattle snakes in the hallways and scorpions, not to mention the cockroaches in side the apartment. Be aware , Be careful!!! When you visit they are going to be very nice to you and show you the nicer part of the complex, but once you sign your lease everything change. the air filters they provide are cheap and do not work very well. I general is bad Idea to live in Andalusia villas apartments in Odessa Texas. I wont recommended. I am just grateful my lease is finished and I can get out of this miserable place.

Would not recommend moving to Andalucia Villas what so ever. The staff is rude. We went a week without AC working properly in the heat of the summer - with no apology. Just a “hang curtains” recommendation from the manager. Finally my husband suggested cleaning the outside unit, because the maintenance men couldn’t figure that out. (Not rocket science here!) Summer of 2018 there were 3 chairs by the pool that were usable. The rest were ripped and torn to pieces and left sitting out there - we were told they were purchasing more and they never did. Parking is completely ridiculous. If you don’t pay $75-$100 for a spot you’re out of luck. Oh! Even better, you pay $600 each dog when you move in, but that won’t cover anything except “upkeep” of the dog parks that absolutely are not kept up, dog feces are never cleaned out. Not worth your money, I would go to a better quality apartment complex with better staff and upkeep!

I have been living here for around a year. Very proffesional staff who always go above and beyond. I have never had a problem that they have not taken immediate care of. The grounds here are well kept and it feels very safe. Very well maintained complex.
