He summed up all of the qualities you would want with the word "hustler". In that, as your representative, you want a person who hustles and gets things done for you in a prompt, professional, and exemplary manner. Kristen Daniell, from the Alexis Weigand Real Estate Group, is a hustler of the highest order. I can only imagine that the rest of the agents Mrs. Weigand hires are of a similar caliber. I contacted 12 separate brokerages in the NW San Antonio area and she was the first to make contact, follow up, find houses, figure out what we wanted, and more. She beat all of the other agents by a day at least and then beat them with substantive follow-up contact. Throughout the process, she kept in constant contact with me providing pertinent information. Alexis Weigand and all of the 'sorority-type' girls that work with her are very pretentious. Don't confuse this with sophistication or business prowess, as they have neither. There is really no substance beyond the big fake smile and 'it's all about me' mentality. This team regularly does not return phone calls, and even after they show you a property, do not expect them to provide you with the documents you requested - even TWO WEEKS LATER. Alexis even makes it clear on her voicemail that she, unlike most hard working realtors, will not be working weekends "just a friendly reminder" as she puts it. . . Yes, most buyers do have more time to house hunt on the weekends, but do not forget it's NOT about you. It is about Alexis Weigand sorority & co promoting themselves and having the lifestyle they want without doing any real work. Is this really who you want to earn commission off your transaction? I don't think so! Save your time and hard earned money and find an agent that represents YOU, not them.
